背景技术
在目前的移动通信领域、金融领域和电子商务领域, 为开展电子商务, 银行 通常釆用直接通过用户的银行帐户来完成电子商务的转帐交易;移动通信运营商 通过把移动电话号码和银行卡帐号进行绑定来开展移动电子支付,其共同的特点 是通过银行的帐号直接进行电子商务中的转帐操作,故存在一些缺陷,主要表现 在: 一、 电子商务提供商众多, 用户的银行帐号经常地操作, 会产生用户帐户被 解密的问题, 用户的资金有被盗取的风险。二、用户的帐户发生转帐时, 用户得 不到有效的控制和及时的通知。本发明人认为:如果克服上述电子商务支付活动 中的缺陷,把移动电话号码作为一种控制工具,并建立一个基于移动通信网络和 电子商务服务的安全、无密码转帐平台, 以移动通信网络和计算机互联网网络资 源为基础, 将给移动电话用户提供方便、快捷、安全的电子商务服务, 特别是在 移动电话网络和计算机互联网网络业务越来越普及的情况下,人们的电子商务需 求也逐渐呈现日益上升的趋势。因此,满足人们的电子商务转帐的便捷与安全需 求,既是技术人员所面临的科研课题,也是移动网络运营商和金融领域需要尽快 提供的服务项目。
现有的计算机技术、网络技术和移动通信技术,使得本发明人首次提出的安 全无密电子转帐卡的技术构思有了实现的可能,也就是说为建立实现对用户提供 安全无密电子转帐卡服务的运营系统提供了技术支持。因此,本发明人首次提出 的对用户提供安全无密电子转帐卡服务的概念得到了确立。
目前尚未检索到有关安全无密电子转帐卡的相关专利文献。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中存在的缺陷或不足,提供一种通过移动电话的指令控 制来实现安全和便捷的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置,采用该装置就能够发行和 普及安全无密电子转帐卡,使用安全无密电子转帐卡的用户可以在确保其银行帐 户资金安全的条件下, 便捷地进行电子商务的转帐。
本发明还提供一种基于移动电 i舌通过指令进行转帐控制的安全无密电子转 帐卡,从而有效地保护用户银行帐户上资金的安全,极大地方便用户的转帐与支 付活动等电子商务活动。
本发明还提供一种安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置的构建方法。
本发明还提供一种通过安全无密电子转帐卡完成电子商务转帐的方法。 本发明还提供一种通过安全无密电子转帐卡完成结算转帐的方法。
本发明总的技术构思为,建立一种电子转帐设备,并发行一种安全无密电子 转帐卡,移动电话用户把其安全无密电子转帐卡、移动电话号码以及银行卡在该 电子转帐设备中建立对照关系,而且充分利用移动电话的短消息、语音拨号、数 据业务等功能,使得用户通过移动电话发送转帐指令到该电子转帐设备,该电子 转帐设备通过银联交易接口服务器完成安全无密电子转帐卡和银行卡之间的转 帐; 用户把安全无密电子转帐卡运用在各种 POS机上进行便捷地支付操作; 用 户通过移动电话可以停止或挂失该安全无密电子转帐卡;用户也可以通过移动电 话的转帐控制指令便捷地完成电话费、 电费、水费等各种结算费用的支付; 并且 当用户通过移动电话发送控制指令来操作安全无密电子转帐卡后,该电子转帐设 备将以短消息的形式把执行结果反馈给该用户。这样的好处是最大限度地保护用 户银行帐户上资金的安全, 最大限度地方便用户的电子支付活动。

SP业务接口服务器, 通过数据互联网网络连接互联网计算机用户; 与银联帐户 接口服务器、数个银行的 ATM或 POS、数个结算公司的结算接口服务器和 /或数 个电子商务接口服务器分别互联的安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,所述安全无密 电子转帐卡通信设备具有管理安全无密电子转帐卡帐户,办理安全无密电子转帐 卡帐户的转帐业务,办理银行帐户与安全无密电子转帐卡帐户之间的转帐业务和 保存与管理安全无密电子转帐卡帐户的转帐记录功能,并通过所述移动控制网关 设备连接于所述移动电话终端, 接收用户通过移动电话发送上来的帐户操作指 令,并返回操作结果给所述移动控制网关设备,所述移动控制网关设备把操作执 行结果返回给移动电话用户。
一种安全无密电子转帐卡,其特征在于:包括一个帐号和一个与该帐号相关 的一张智能卡、射频卡或磁卡, 或者其组合, 并在电子转帐设备的数据库里建立 具有对应关系的一个移动电话号码、 一个安全无密电子转帐帐户和一个银行帐 号;该安全无密电子转帐卡,能够用于通过移动电话控制该安全无密电子转帐卡 支付各种结算费用;所述移动电话号码和银行帐号,用于控制该安全无密电子转 帐卡上的当前余额以及状态;当用户通过承载该移动电话号码的电话发送设定数 额的充值命令到电子转帐设备后, 所述电子转帐设备通过银联交易接口服务器, 把该银行卡帐户上相应数额的资金转帐到该安全无密电子转帐卡帐户,并通过短 消息通知到该移动电话上;当用户通过承载该移动电话号码的电话发送余额査询 或挂失等命令到电子转帐设备后,所述电子转帐设备把执行结果以短消息的方式 发送到该移动电话上; 该安全无密电子转帐卡, 能够在银行的 ATM上取款, 在 服务或商品提供商的 POS上进行转帐消费; 当用户在 POS机上使用安全无密电 子转帐卡进行支付时, 目的帐户不限, 不需要密码, 但需要通过联网进行实时帐 户操作。

安全、无密电子转帐服务装置的构建方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 建设安全无 密电子转帐卡通信设备、移动控制网关设备,并把经审查通过的各结算公司的结 算接口服务器以及电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器通过数据网络连接到 安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备;所述的移动控制网关设备负责接收移动电话用户 通过移动电话对安全无密电子转帐卡帐户的操作指令,并把该类指令发送到安全 无密电子转帐卡通信设备,接收安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备发送过来的指令操 作结果, 并与移动电话用户进行语音、 短消息和 /或数据方式的交互; 所述的帐 户控制方法是指, 在用户通过移动电话发送指令后, 所述安全、无密电子转帐服 务装置才把其银行帐户上的资金转帐到其安全无密电子转帐卡帐户上,或把其安

通过安全无密电子转帐卡完成电子商务转帐的方法,其特征在于包括以下步 骤:用户通过电子商务提供商的电子商务服务界面进行支付时, 电子商务提供商 的电子商务服务界面提示用户输入安全无密电子转帐卡卡号,并生成验证码和转 帐金额消息,经该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器发送到安全无密电子转 帐卡通信设备,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备检査该安全无密电子转帐卡是否有 足够的转帐资金,如果没有足够的转帐资金,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备把转 帐不成功的提示信息发送给该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器,该电子商 务接口服务器把返回的消息通过上述的电子商务服务界面显示给该用户,结束该 电子商务转帐过程;如果有足够的转帐资金,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备形成 临时密码的短消息,并通过移动控制网关设备经短消息网关或短信中心发送到该 用户的移动电话上,同时发送提示用户输入临时密码的消息到该电子商务提供商 的电子商务接口服务器,该电子商务接口服务器通过上述的电子商务服务界面提 示用户输入临时密码, 该用户输入其移动电话接收到的短消息中的临时密码之 后,电子商务提供商的接口服务器形成转帐内容的消息发送到安全无密电子转帐 卡通信设备, 安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备对临时密码进行验证, 验证通过后, 安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备把该安全无密电子转帐卡帐户上的资金转帐到该 电子商务提供商的银行帐号上,并把转帐操作结果回复给该电子商务提供商的电 子商务接口服务器,该电子商务接口服务器把返回的消息通过上述的电子商务服 务界面显示给该用户,并完成该电子商务的其他过程;所述的临时密码是每次都 不一样的, 具有随机性。
通过安全无密电子转帐卡完成结算转帐的方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤: 用户通过移动电话发送转帐命令到移动控制网关设备,移动控制网关设备与用户
进行交互,用户确认转帐金额和收帐的结算公司后,移动控制网关设备发送结算 转帐请求命令到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备根 据用户约定,把其移动电话对应的银行卡或安全无密电子转帐卡中的资金转帐到 该结算公司的银行帐号上,并发送命令指示该结算公司的结算接口服务器该用户 支付的金额,并接收到该结算接口服务器返回的操作成功消息后,安全无密电子 转帐卡通信设备通过移动控制网关设备把转帐操作结果通过短消息发送给该用 户。
本发明技术效果如下:
由上述技术方案可以看出,通过移动电话号码通过安全无密电子转帐卡实现 安全无密电子转帐交易是保证用户银行卡资金安全的一种新途径。安全无密电子 转帐卡不同于银行的一般帐户,其特点是安全无密电子转帐卡帐户是用户面向各 种支付的帐户, 用户在银行的帐户可以有很多,但对外支付的时候, 只使用安全 无密电子转帐卡帐户进行转帐, 用户通过其移动电话发送指令到本发明的安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置,本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置按照用户通过该 移动电话发送的指令把其银行帐户上的资金转帐到其安全无密电子转帐卡帐户 上,或把其安全无密电子转帐卡帐户上的资金转帐到其银行的帐户上。这样就有 效地保护用户银行帐户上资金的安全,极大地方便用户的支付活动。安全无密电 子转帐卡业务在方便使用者的同时,有力地保障使用者的资金安全和利益,将推 动电子商务的进一步发展。

移动控制网关设备: 是指接收移动电话用户、 电信业务提供商 (SP)、 电子商 务提供商等的转帐请求, 通过短消息、语音、 数据等业务与移动电话用户交互与 确认转帐业务,发送有关安全无密电子转帐卡帐户的转帐请求命令到安全无密电 子转帐卡通信设备,接收安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备回复的转帐操作的返回结 果,对于安全无密电子转帐卡帐户的转帐操作结果形成短消息并发送到其对应的 移动电话号码用户, 同时把转帐的操作结果发送到发起转帐的请求者等。

结算帐户接口服务器:是指各结算公司提供的用户对其在该结算公司的帐户 进行管理、 查询、 和 /或转帐操作的接口服务设备。
SP接口服务器: 是指各电信业务提供商 (SP)的业务接口服务器。
短消息中心: 是指与移动通信网络互联的、用于接收移动电话的短消息, 存 储短消息, 转发短消息到目的地址的设备。短消息中心通过移动运营商内部网络
互联短消息网关, 用于处理移动电话与短消息业务 SP之间的短消息通信。 短消息网关: 是指为短消息业务 SP提供的、 用于 SP为移动电话用户提供 短消息服务与计费的设备, 该设备通过移动运营商内部网络与短消息中心互联。
电信运营商移动通信网络:是指电信运营商为其移动电话用户提供通信业务 的网络。
电信运营商内部数据网络:是指电信运营商建设的其通信设备之间的数据通 信网络。
数据互联网网络: 是指提供计算机之间进行数据通信的网络。
银联数据网络:是指为完成银行业务服务器之间的数据通信而组建的数据网 络。
移动电话终端: 是指登录在移动运营商的移动通信网络上的移动终端。 互联网计算机: 是指能够登录到数据互联网上的计算机。
实施本发明首先需要在上述网络中进行数据的设置与新设备的建设,具体描 述如下: 建设安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备、移动控制网关设备, 并把审査通过 的各结算公司的结算接口服务器以及电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器通 过数据网络连接到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备;所述的移动控制网关设备负责 接收移动电话用户通过移动电话对安全无密电子转帐卡帐户的操作指令,并把该 类指令发送到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,接收安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备 发送过来的指令操作结果, 并与移动电话用户进行语音、短消息、数据等方式的 交互; 所述的帐户控制方法是指, 在用户通过移动电话发送指令后, 本发明装置 才把其银行帐户上的资金转帐到其安全无密电子转帐卡帐户上,或把其安全无密 电子转帐卡帐户上的资金转帐到其银行的帐户上, 并且只允许移动电话发起的, 并且在其数据库中该移动电话号码对应的银行卡帐户和安全无密电子转帐卡帐 户之间的转帐;银行的帐户管理服务器只允许本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务 装置从移动电话号码用户的银行卡帐户中转出资金;当安全无密电子转帐卡用户 通过移动电话发送转帐控制命令到本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置后,本 发明的安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置提示用户确认之后, 才能够进行转帐操作, 转帐完成之后, 该移动电话会接收到转帐成功的短消息提示。
安全无密电子转帐卡的开户流程:首先在银联的交易网络上建设安全、无密
电子转帐服务装置; 银联的 POS机上增加 "安全无密电子转帐卡开户"的菜单 以及相关程序; 移动电话用户在银联的 POS机上, 选择 "安全无密电子转帐开 户"业务后, POS机提示用户刷银行卡, 用户刷银行卡后, POS机提示用户输 入密码,用户输入密码之后, POS机提示用户输入其移动电话号码,用户输入其 移动电话号码之后, POS机通过银联交易接口服务器发送该用户刷过的银行卡帐 户余额查询命令到该用户的银行卡所属的银行的帐户管理服务器,如果银行的帐 户管理服务器返回给银联交易接口服务器余额查询成功消息,则银联交易接口服 务器发送移动电话号码验证命令到本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置,本发 明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置发送查询该移动电话的状态命令到该移动电话 号码用户所属的电信运营商的用户资料服务器,电信运营商的用户资料服务器返 回该移动电话号码用户的状态到本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置,如果该 移动电话号码为正常用户,本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置在数据库中建 立该用户的移动电话和该用户的银行卡的对应关系,并发送验证移动电话的状态 成功消息到银联交易接口服务器, 银联交易接口服务器返回给 POS机操作成功 消息, POS机提示柜员给用户分配一张本发明定义的安全无密电子转帐卡,并提 示用户刷该安全无密电子转帐卡,该用户用柜员分配的安全无密电子转帐卡刷卡 后, POS机发送余额查询査询命令到银联交易接口服务器,银联交易接口服务器 发送该安全无密电子转帐卡的余额查询命令到本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务 装置,本发明的安全、无密电子转帐服务装置在数据库中建立该用户的移动电话 号码和其安全无密电子转帐卡的对应关系后,通过电信运营商移动通信网络,发 送开户成功内容的短消息给该移动电话用户, 同时,通过银联交易接口服务器返 回余额查询成功消息到 POS机, POS机收到该消息后, 提示用户开户成功。 所 述的 POS(Point of Sales)是指能够接受磁条卡、 IC卡等信息, 具有通讯功能, 并 接受柜员的指令而完成金融交易信息和有关信息交换的设备。
通过安全无密电子转帐卡完成电子商务转帐的方法是指用户通过电子商务 提供商的电子商务服务界面进行支付时,电子商务提供商的电子商务服务界面提 示用户输入安全无密电子转帐卡卡号,并生成验证码和转帐金额消息,经该电子 商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器发送到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无 密电子转帐卡通信设备检查该安全无密电子转帐卡是否有足够的转帐资金,如果
没有足够的转帐资金,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备把转帐不成功的提示信息发 送给该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器,该电子商务接口服务器把返回的 消息通过上述的电子商务服务界面显示给该用户, 结束该电子商务转帐过程;如 果有足够的转帐资金, 安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备形成临时密码短消息, 并通 过移动控制网关设备经短消息网关或短信中心发送到该用户的移动电话上,同时 发送提示用户输入临时密码的消息到该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器, 该电子商务接口服务器通过上述的电子商务服务界面提示用户输入临时密码,该 用户输入其移动电话接收到的短消息中的临时密码之后,电子商务提供商的接口 服务器形成转帐内容的消息发送到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无密电子 转帐卡通信设备对临时密码进行验证,验证通过后, 安全无密电子转帐卡通信设 备把该安全无密电子转帐卡帐户上的资金转帐到该电子商务提供商的银行帐号 上, 并把转帐操作结果回复给该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器,该电子 商务接口服务器把返回的消息通过上述的电子商务服务界面显示给该用户,完成 该电子商务的转帐过程。
通过安全无密电子转帐卡完成结算转帐的方法是指用户通过移动电话发送 转帐命令到移动控制网关设备,移动控制网关设备与用户进行交互, 用户确认转 帐金额和收帐的结算公司后,移动控制网关设备发送结算转帐请求命令到安全无 密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备根据用户约定,把其移动 电话对应的银行卡或安全无密电子转帐卡中的资金转帐到该结算公司的银行帐 号上, 并指示该结算公司的结算接口服务器该用户支付的金额后, 安全无密电子 转帐卡通信设备通过移动控制网关设备把转帐操作结果通过短消息发送给该用 户。

1.安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置, 其特征在于: 包括与移动通信网络、 电信 运营商内部数据网络和数据互联网网络分别互联的移动控制网关设备,所述移动 控制网关设备通过电信运营的移动通信网络连接移动电话终端用户,通过移动运 营商内部数据网络连接短消息中心、短消息网关以及数个虚拟电信业务提供商即
SP业务接口服务器, 通过数据互联网网络连接互联网计算机用户; 与银联帐户 接口服务器、数个银行的 ATM或 POS、数个结算公司的结算接口服务器和 /或数 个电子商务接口服务器分别互联的安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,所述安全无密 电子转帐卡通信设备具有管理安全无密电子转帐卡帐户,办理安全无密电子转帐 卡帐户的转帐业务,办理银行帐户与安全无密电子转帐卡帐户之间的转帐业务和 保存与管理安全无密电子转帐卡帐户的转帐记录功能,并通过所述移动控制网关 设备连接于所述移动电话终端, 接收用户通过移动电话发送上来的帐户操作指 令,并返回操作结果给所述移动控制网关设备,所述移动控制网关设备把根据执 行结果返回给移动电话用户。 -
2.—种安全无密电子转帐卡, 其特征在于: 包括一个帐号和一个与该帐号相 关的一张智能卡、射频卡或磁卡, 或者其组合, 并在电子转帐设备的数据库里建 立具有对应关系的一个移动电话号码、一个安全无密电子转帐帐户和一个银行帐 号;该安全无密电子转帐卡,能够用于通过移动电话控制该安全无密电子转帐卡 支付各种结算费用;所述移动电话号码和银行帐号,用于控制该安全无密电子转 帐卡上的当前余额以及状态;当用户通过承载该移动电话号码的电话发送设定数 额的充值命令到电子转帐设备后, 所述电子转帐设备通过银联交易接口服务器, 把该银行卡帐户上相应数额的资金转帐到该安全无密电子转帐卡帐户,并通过短 消息通知到该移动电话上;当用户通过承载该移动电话号码的电话发送余额查询 或挂失等命令到电子转帐设备后,所述电子转帐设备把执行结果以短消息的方式 发送到该移动电话上; 该安全无密电子转帐卡, 能够在银行的 ATM上取款, 在 服务或商品提供商的 POS上进行转帐消费; 当用户在 POS机上使用安全无密电 子转帐卡进行支付时, 目的帐户不限, 不需要密码,但需要通过联网进行实时帐 户操作。
3.—种用于权利要求 2所述的安全无密电子转帐卡的开户方法,其特征在于
包括以下步骤: 首先在银联的交易网络上建设安全、无密电子转帐服务装置; 银 联的 POS机上增加 "安全无密电子转帐卡开户"的菜单以及相关程序; 移动电 话用户在银联的 POS机上, 选择 "安全无密电子转帐开户"业务后, POS机提 示用户刷银行卡,用户刷银行卡后, POS机提示用户输入密码,用户输入密码之 后, POS机提示用户输入其移动电话号码, 用户输入其移动电话号码之后, POS 机通过银联交易接口服务器发送该用户刷过的银行卡帐户余额査询命令到该用 户的银行卡所属的银行的帐户管理服务器;如果银行的帐户管理服务器返回给银 联交易接口服务器余额查询成功消息,则银联交易接口服务器发送移动电话号码 验证命令到所述安全、无密电子转帐服务装置, 该安全、无密电子转帐服务装置 发送查询该移动电话的状态命令到该移动电话号码用户所属的电信运营商的用 户资料服务器,电信运营商的用户资料服务器返回该移动电话号码用户的状态到 所述安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置; 如果该移动电话号码为正常用户, 该安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置在数据库中建立该用户的移动电话和该用户的银行卡的 对应关系,并发送验证移动电话的状态成功消息到银联交易接口服务器,银联交 易接口服务器返回给 POS机操作成功消息, POS机提示柜员给用户分配一张安 全无密电子转帐卡,并提示用户刷该安全无密电子转帐卡; 该用户用柜员分配的 安全无密电子转帐卡刷卡后, POS机发送余额查询査询命令到银联交易接口服务 器, 银联交易接口服务器发送该安全无密电子转帐卡的余额查询命令到所述安 全、无密电子转帐服务装置, 该安全、无密电子转帐服务装置在数据库中建立该 用户的移动电话号码和其安全无密电子转帐卡的对应关系后,通过电信运营商移 动通信网络, 发送开户成功内容的短消息给该移动电话用户, 同时, 通过银联交 易接口服务器返回余额査询成功消息到 POS机, POS机收到该消息后, 提示用 户幵户成功。
4.安全、 无密电子转帐服务装置的构建方法, 其特征在于, 在相关网络中进 行数据的设置与设备的建设和帐户控制方法,包括:建设安全无密电子转帐卡通 信设备、移动控制网关设备,并把具备条件的各结算公司的结算接口服务器以及 电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器通过数据网络连接到安全无密电子转帐 卡通信设备;所述的移动控制网关设备负责接收移动电话用户通过移动电话对安 全无密电子转帐卡帐户的操作指令,并把该类指令发送到安全无密电子转帐卡通
信设备,接收安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备发送过来的指令操作结果,并与移动 电话用户进行语音、 短消息和 /或数据方式的交互; 所述的帐户控制方法是指, 在用户通过移动电话发送指令后,所述安全、无密电子转帐服务装置才把其银行 帐户上的资金转帐到其安全无密电子转帐卡帐户上,或把其安全无密电子转帐卡 帐户上的资金转帐到其银行的帐户上,并且只允许移动电话发起的,并且在其数 据库中该移动电话号码对应的银行卡帐户和安全无密电子转帐卡帐户之间的转 帐;银行的帐户管理服务器只允许所述安全、无密电子转帐 S艮务装置从移动电话 号码用户的银行卡帐户中转出资金;当安全无密电子转帐卡用户通过移动电话发 送转帐控制命令到所述安全、无密电子转帐服务装置后, 该安全、无密电子转帐 服务装置提示用户确认之后, 才能够进行转帐操作, 转帐完成之后, 该移动电话 会接收到转帐成功的短消息提示。
5.通过如权利要求 2所述的安全无密电子转帐卡完成电子商务转帐的方法, 其特征在于包括以下步骤:用户通过电子商务提供商的电子商务服务界面进行支 付时,电子商务提供商的电子商务服务界面提示用户输入安全无密电子转帐卡卡 号,并生成验证码和转帐金额消息,经该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器 发送到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备检査该安全 无密电子转帐卡是否有足够的转帐资金,如果没有足够的转帐资金,安全无密电 子转帐卡通信设备把转帐不成功的提示信息发送给该电子商务提供商的电子商 务接口服务器,该电子商务接口服务器把返回的消息通过上述的电子商务服务界 面显示给该用户, 结束该电子商务转帐过程; 如果有足够的转帐资金, 安全无密 电子转帐卡通信设备形成临时密码短消息,并通过移动控制网关设备经短消息网 关或短信中心发送到该用户的移动电话上,同时发送提示用户输入临时密码的消 息到该电子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器,该电子商务接口服务器通过上述 的电子商务服务界面提示用户输入临时密码,该用户输入其移动电话接收到的短 消息中的临时密码之后,电子商务提供商的接口服务器形成转帐内容的消息发送 到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备对临时密码进行 验证,验证通过后,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备把该安全无密电子转帐卡帐户 上的资金转帐到该电子商务提供商的银行帐号上,并把转帐操作结果回复给该电 子商务提供商的电子商务接口服务器,该电子商务接口服务器把返回的消息通过
上述的电子商务服务界面显示给该用户,并完成该电子商务的其他过程;所述的 临时密码是每次都不一样的, 具有随机性。
6.通过如权利要求 2所述的安全无密电子转帐卡完成结算转帐的方法,其特 征在于包括以下步骤:用户通过移动电话发送转帐命令到移动控制网关设备,移 动控制网关设备与用户进行交互,用户确认转帐金额和收帐的结算公司后,移动 控制网关设备发送结算转帐请求命令到安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备,安全无密 电子转帐卡通信设备根据用户约定,把其移动电话对应的银行卡或安全无密电子 转帐卡中的资金转帐到该结算公司的银行帐号上,并发送指示该结算公司的结算 接口服务器该用户支付的金额命令,并接收到该结算接口服务器返回的操作成功 消息后,安全无密电子转帐卡通信设备通过移动控制网关设备把转帐操作结果通 过短消息发送给该用户。
