策略决策功能实体根据获得的所述资源申请授权请求向分组域移动通讯网络下发策
略信息;
分组域移动通讯网络根据所述策略信息, 为该次业务请求分配相应网络资源, 并部 署策略, 然后向策略决策功能实体回复策略部署报告;
策略决策功能实体收到所述策略部署报告后, 回复资源申请授权响应信息。
本发明还提供一种实现业务服务系统中业务服务资源释放的方法, 所述业务服务系 统包括有策略决策功能实体和分组域移动通讯网络, 包括:
在检测到业务会话结束后, 收集本次业务会话资源分配信息, 生成业务资源释放授 权请求;
将所述业务资源释放授权请求发送至策略决策功能实体, 通过策略决策功能实体与 分组域移动通讯网络交互完成资源释放。
可选的, 所述完成资源释放的步骤具体包括:
向策略决策功能实体发送所述业务资源释放授权请求;
策略决策功能实体根据获得的所述业务资源释放授权请求向分组域移动通讯网络下 发策略部署请求;
分组域移动通讯网络根据该策略部署请求, 释放对应的业务服务资源, 并撤销对应 的策略;
分组域移动通讯网络完成策略撤销和资源释放后, 向策略决策功能实体回复策略部 署报告; '
策略决策功能实体收到策略部署报告后, 回复资源释放授权响应信息。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下有益效果- 本发明通过业务网关汇集业务流量、 检测业务会话请求和业务会话结束、 向综合业 务数据平台获取业务会话所需的业务服务质量信息,并根据所述业务服务质量信息向所 述策略决策功能实体申请业务服务质量对应的业务服务所需资源, 并在业务会话结束 后, 发起释放所述业务服务资源。 由于业务会话检测部署在统一的业务网关上, 不需要 终端参与 QoS请求,且在不改动现有网络中的业务服务器的前提下可实施部署端到端的 QoS, 极大地降低了现有网络的改造升级难度, 易于在现有网络环境下快速实施。 附图简要说明

本发明实施方式的主要技术内容在于: 将各种业务的感知点部署在统一的业务网关 上, 即由业务网关汇集业务流量、检测业务会话请求和业务会话结束, 业务服务质量协 商时, 由业务网关向综合业务数据平台获取业务会话所需的业务服务质量信息, 并根据 所述业务服务质量信息向策略决策功能实体申请业务服务质量对应的业务服务所需资 源; 业务会话结束后, 同样由所述业务网关发起释放所述业务服务资源的过程。 由于不 需每一个业务服务器作为业务感知点进行部署, 可大大降低实施难度, 可以做到在不改 动现网业务服务器的前提下快速部署实施端到端 QoS方案。
参考图 2, 图 2是本发明实施方式提供的业务服务系统的组成示意图。 图 2中, 终 端 1是系统的服务对象, 是 QoS业务请求的发起者, 终端 1可以是手机、 PDA等任何 基于移动通讯网络的终端设备。
本发明实施方式的业务服务系统中包括有业务服务器 2, 与现有技术相同, 所述业 务服务器 2用于执行所述终端 1发起的业务请求、完成和终端 1业务交互, 业务服务器 2包括各种类型的业务服务器, 例如提供彩信服务的彩信服务器 20、提供流媒体服务的 流媒体服务器 21、 提供信息下载服务的下载服务器 22等等, 另外, 也包括提供其他业 务服务的其他业务服务器 23。 值得说明的是, 其他业务服务器 23是个类概念, 是指除 上述例举的三种业务服务器以外的业务服务器, 因为业务服务器种类繁多, 不再一一指 出, 但无论系统应用什么业务服务器, 都不影响本系统性能的实现。
另外, 本发明实施方式的业务服务系统中还包括有综合业务数据平台 6, 与现有技 术相同, 所述综合业务数字平台 6保存有业务服务质量信息, 可用于确定业务的综合服 务级别。
另外, 本发明实施方式的业务服务系统中还包括有 PDF 3, 与现有技术相同,一所述 PDF 3主要用于生成并下发 QoS授权策略。
另外, 本发明实施方式的业务服务系统中还包括有移动通讯网络 4, 与现有技术相 同, 所述移动通讯网络 4主要为所述终端 1提供业务访问的承载通道, 具体实现时, 所 述移动通讯网络 4可以是 WCDMA网络, 也可以是其他形式的网络, 这里不再详述。
另外, 本发明实施方式的业务服务系统中还包括有业务网关 5, 所述业务网关 5分
别与所述业务服务器 2、 PDF 3以及移动通讯网络 4相连, 其主要功能是汇集业务流量、 检测业务会话请求和业务会话结束、从综合业务数据平台 6处获取业务会话所需的业务 服务质量信息,并根据所述业务服务质量信息向所述 PDF 3申请业务服务质量对应的业 务服务所需资源, 并在业务会话结束后, 发起释放所述业务服务资源。
本发明实施方式中业务网关 5既与移动通讯网络 4相连, 又与业务服务器 2和 PDF 3相连。 可见业务网关 5处于本发明实施方式提供的这种系统的核心位置, 由终端 1发 起的业务请求必经该业务网关 5, 由该业务网关 5负责与服务端的 PDF 3和业务服务器 2交互, 并负责与移动通讯网络 4通信。 具体在移动通讯网络 4中, 与所述业务网关 5 和 PDF 3相连的是 GGSN 40, GGSN 40在所述的移动通讯网络 4中与 SGSN 41相连, 而 SGSN 41则与移动通讯网络 4中的其他网元相连,基于此,移动通讯网络 4与终端 1、 服务端中的 PDF 3和业务网关 5相互通信。
下面详细说明本发明实施方式中的业务网关, 参考图 3, 本发明实施方式中的业务 网关 5主要包括有:
业务会话检测单元 51 , 用于检测业务会话请求及业务会话结束; 以及
服务质量协商单元 52, 用于在检测到业务会话请求后, 获取业务会话的服务质量信 息、 及根据该服务质量信息请求相应的业务服务所需资源, 在检测到业务会话结束后, 触发释放业务服务资源过程, 具体实现时, 所述服务质量协商单元可具体包括:
业务服务质量信息获取单元 521, 在检测到业务会话请求后, 向综合业务数据平台 申请并获取服务质量信息;
资源申请操作单元 522, 获取业务服务质量信息后, 向策略决策功能实体申请服务 质量对应的业务服务所需资源;
资源释放操作单元 523, 在检测到业务会话结束后, 向策略决策功能实体请求释放 该业务的服务质量对应的业务服务资源。
下面详细说明基于所述业务网关进行服务质量协商及业务服务资源释放的方法,如 图 4所示, 服务质量协商及业务服务资源释放具体涉及的实体主要包括终端、移动通讯 网络中的 GGSN、 PDF, 业务网关、 综合业务数据平台以及业务服务器, 具体服务质量 协商流程如下- 步骤 s201 : 所述终端得到业务会话请求, 并把相应的业务会话请求通过移动通讯 网络向业务服务器发送, 业务网关截获该业务会话请求。
步骤 s202: 所述业务网关分析截获的业务会话请求, 获得具体的业务标识信息,
然后向综合业务数据平台请求综合业务级别请求, 要求获取该业务的服务质量信息。 步骤 S203 : 所述移动数据平台根据所述综合服务级别请求提供的用户信息和业务 信息, 确定该业务需要的服务质量信息, 并将结果通过业务综合服务级别响应传递给业 务网关。
步骤 S204: 所述业务网关向 PDF发起资源申请授权请求。
步骤 s205: PDF根据获得的所述资源申请授权请求以及移动通讯网络的情况, 向 移动通讯网络的 GGSN (GPRS网关支持节点)下发策略信息, GGSN根据所述策略信 息, 为该次业务请求分配必要的网络资源, 并部署策略。
步骤 s206: GGSN完成策略部署和资源分配后, 向 PDF回复策略部署报告。 步骤 s207: PDF收到所述策略部署报告后, 向业务网关回复资源申请授权相应信 息。
步骤 s208: 所述业务网关将截获的业务会话请求转发给对应的业务服务器。
步骤 s209: 所述业务服务器和终端在一个有端到端 QoS保证的通道中进行用户面 数据交换, 从而完成服务质量协商。
另外,通过本发明实施方式的业务网关还可完成业务服务资源的释放, 同样参考图
4, 业务服务资源的释放具体流程如下:
步骤 s210: 所述业务网关感知到本次业务会话结束时, 该业务网关收集本次业务 会话资源分配信息, 生成资源释放授权请求。
步骤 S211 : 所述业务网关向 PDF发送所述资源释放授权请求。
步骤 s212: PDF根据获得的所述资源释放授权请求以及移动通讯网络的情况, 向 移动通讯网络中的 GGSN下发策略部署请求, GGSN根据该策略部署请求,释放对应的 资源, 并撤销对应的策略。
步骤 s213: GGSN完成策略撤销和资源释放后, 向 PDF回复策略部署报告。 步骤 s214: PDF收到策略部署报告后, 向业务网关回复资源释放授权响应信息。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施方式,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。任何在 本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的权 利要求保护范围之内。
Claims
1. 一种业务网关, 包括有业务会话检测单元, 用于检测业务会话请求及业务会话 结束, 其特征在于, 还包括有:
服务质量协商单元, 用于在业务会话检测单元检测到业务会话请求后, 获取业务会 话的服务质量信息, 及根据该服务质量信息请求相应的业务服务所需资源, 在业务会话 检测单元检测到业务会话结束时, 触发释放业务服务资源。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的业务网关, 其特征在于, 所述服务质量协商单元包括: 业务服务质量信息获取单元, 在业务会话检测单元检测到业务会话请求后, 向综合 业务数据平台申请并获取服务质量信息;
资源申请操作单元, 获取业务服务质量信息后, 向策略决策功能实体申请服务质量 对应的业务服务所需资源;
资源释放操作单元, 在业务检测单元检测到业务会话结束后, 向策略决策功能实体 请求释放该业务的服务质量对应的业务服务资源。
3. —种业务服务系统, 包括- 接收并执行终端发起的业务请求、 完成和终端业务交互的业务服务器;
保存业务服务质量信息的综合业务数据平台;
与终端相连并为终端提供业务访问承载通道的分组域移动通讯网络;
与所述分组域移动通讯网络相连、 生成服务质量授权策略的策略决策功能实体; 其特征在于, 还包括有:
分别与所述业务服务器、策略决策功能实体、综合业务数据平台以及移动通讯网络 相连的业务网关, 所述业务网关包括有- 业务会话检测单元, 用于检测业务会话请求及业务会 i舌结束; 以及
服务质量协商单元, 用于在业务会话检测单元检测到业务会话请求后, 从综合业务 数据平台处获取业务会话的服务质量信息,根据该服务质量信息向策略决策功能实体请 求相应的业务服务所需资源, 在业务会话检测单元检测到业务会话结束后, 触发释放业 务服务资源。
4. 如权利要求 3所述的业务服务系统, 其特征在于, 所述服务质量协商单元包括- 业务服务质量信息获取单元, 在业务会话检测单元检测到业务会话请求后, 向综合 业务数据平台申请并获取服务质量信息;
资源申请操作单元, 获取业务服务质量信息后, 向策略决策功能实体申请服务质量
对应的业务服务所需资源;
资源释放操作单元, 在业务会话检测单元检测到业务会话结束后, 向策略决策功能 实体请求释放该业务的服务质量对应的业务服务资源。
5.一种实现业务服务系统中服务质量协商的方法, 所述业务服务系统包括有综合 业务数据平台、 策略决策功能实体和分组域移动通讯网络, 其特征在于, 该方法包括如 下步骤:
在检测到终端的业务请求后, 从综合业务数据平台处获取该业务的服务质量信息; 根据所述服务质量信息触发资源申请过程, 通过策略决策功能实体与分组域移动通 讯网络交互完成业务服务所需资源申请。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的实现业务服务系统中服务质量协商的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取服务质量信息的步骤具体包括- 在检测到业务会话请求后, 向综合业务数据平台请求该业务的服务质量信息; 从综合业务数据平台返回的信息中获取该业务的服务质量信息。
7.根据权利要求 5或 6所述的实现业务服务系统中服务质量协商的方法,其特征在 于, 完成业务服务所需资源申请的步骤具体包括:
根据业务的服务质量信息向策略决策功能实体发送资源申请授权请求;
策略决策功能实体根据获得的所述资源申请授权请求向分组域移动通讯网络下发策 略信息;
分组域移动通讯网络根据所述策略信息, 为该次业务请求分配相应网络资源, 并部 署策略, 然后向策略决策功能实体回复策略部署报告;
策略决策功能实体收到所述策略部署报告后, 回复资源申请授权响应信息。
8.一种实现业务服务系统中业务服务资源释放的方法,所述业务服务系统包括有策 略决策功能实体和分组域移动通讯网络, 其特征在于, 包括- 在检测到业务会话结束后, 收集本次业务会 :1舌资源分配信息, 生成业务资源释放授 权请求;
将所述业务资源释放授权请求发送至策略决策功能实体, 通过策略决策功能实体与 分组域移动通讯网络交互完成资源释放。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的实现业务服务系统中业务服务资源释放的方法,其特征在 于, 所述完成资源释放的步骤具体包括:
向策略决策功能实体发送所述业务资源释放授权请求;
策略决策功能实体根据获得的所述业务资源释放授权请求向分组域移动通讯网络下 发策略部署请求;
分组域移动通讯网络根据该策略部署请求, 释放对应的业务服务资源, 并撤销对应 的策略;
分组域移动通讯网络完成策略撤销和资源释放后, 向策略决策功能实体回复策略部 署报告;
' 策略决策功能实体收到策略部署报告后, 回复资源释放授权响应信息。
