Abstract

Hearing aid system, including a hearing aid device (1), the hearing aid device (1) at least having a hearing aid mode to aid a user in hearing sound, and a hearing test mode to test the hearing of the user, wherein the hearing aid device (1) is configured to generate one or more test sounds during the test mode, wherein the system comprises a user interface (20) which is operable by the user to control the generation of the one or more test sounds, and/or to indicate if and/or when the user hears a test sound.
