本发明能够达到的有益效果如下:
本发明方案提出在公共通信网网络侧受理群组用户申请的组呼业务, 并 为该群组分配对应的组呼标识后 , 将为该群组分配的组呼标识和该群组内的 各个用户标识进行绑定; 后续在该群组内任一用户呼叫该组呼标识时, 网络 侧根据该组呼标识索引该群組内的其他各个用户标识; 并分别根据索引到的 各个用户标识, 将该群组内的其他各个用户呼入到该组呼中, 从而能够实现 在公共通信网中进行组呼通信业务时, 能够确保比较好的语音通信质量和语 音通信实时性要求; 同时本发明方案不要求更改普通的用户终端, 也不影响 用户的移动性,相应提升了群組用户的用户月均话费( ARPU, Average Revenue Per User )。 附图说明

本发明这里将要提供一种新的在公共通信网上实现组呼通信业务的方法 及其系统, 以在不要求更改用户终端的前提下, 确保较好的语音通信质量和 通信实时性要求。
下面将结合各个附图对本发明方案的主要实现原理及其具体实施方式进 行详细的阐述。
请参照图 1, 该图是本发明组呼业务的实现方法的主要实现原理流程图, 其主要实现过程如下:
步骤 S10,公共通信网网络侧受理群組用户申请的组呼业务, 并为该群组 分配对应的组呼标识;
其中这里提及的公共通信网可以但不限于为公共陆地移动通信网 ( PLMN ); 也可以为公共电话交换网 (PSTO );
其中一个群组中的任一用户向公网网络侧申请组呼业务的过程如图 2所 示, 其具体的申请过程如下: a. 所述群组内的任一用户在向公网网络侧申请组呼业务时, 将预加入该 群组的各个用户标识通知给公网网络侧;
其中通知的预加入该群组的各个用户标识可以为各个用户的号码信息 (如移动用户的 MSISDN等);
其中所述群组内的任一用户可以通过短消息方式、 或通过客服电话方式 (如中国移动的 1860客服电话)、 或通过到营业厅直接办理方式实现向公网 网絡侧申请组呼业务, 并将预加入该群组的各个用户标识通知给公网网络侧。
b. 公网网络侧根据申请用户通知的各个用户标识, 分别询问对应的各个 用户是否同意加入该群组; 其中公网网络侧可以通过短消息方式或通过客服 电话方式分别询问对应的各个用户是否同意加入该群组。
c 其他用户接收到公网网絡侧下发的询问信息后,如果同意加入该群组, 就向公网网络侧反馈同意加入信息, 同理各个用户也可以通过短消息方式或 通过客服电话方式将同意加入的信息反馈给公网网络侧。
d.公网网络侧将同意加入该群组的用户加入该群组, 并为该群组分配组 呼标识, 其中公网网络侧为群组分配的组呼标识可以为组呼号码信息, 如可 以使用 "12345"号码信息代表一个群组的组呼标识;
e.公网网络侧将加入群组成功信息及其分配给该群组的组呼标识分别通 知给该群组内的各个用户 (包括申请用户和预加入该群组的各个用户), 同理 公网网络侧也可以通过短消息方式或通过客服电话方式将加入群组成功信息 及其分配给该群组的组呼标识分别通知给该群组内的各个用户。
一个申请组呼业务的例子:
申请用户通过短信方式、 或者到营业厅直接办理方式、 或者通过 1860业 务平台, 向公网运营商申请组呼业务, 申请时告知公网运营商该群组内成员 的号码信息, 公网运营商才艮据申请, 向群组内每个用户发送询问消息, 如果 该用户同意加入该群組, 就向公网运营商发送同意加入的短信, 或者通过营 业厅方式通知运营商同意加入, 公网网络将该用户成员加入到该群組内, 并 为该群组分配组呼 ID, 然后通过短信或者电话通知、 邮件通知等方式通知该 群组中的每个成员, 网络已经获准其加入该群组及其为该群组分配的组呼 ID 信息, 以通知该群组中的各个成员可以使用该组呼 ID和该群组内的其他用户 实现组呼语音通信。
步骤 S20,公网网络侧将为所述群组分配的组呼标识和所述群组内的各个 用户标识进行绑定; 即在网络侧的相应数据库中针对该群组建立对应的组呼 档案, 该档案中存储有该群组中的各个用户标识信息, 及其网络侧为该群组 分配的组呼标识, 这样网络侧就可以基于群组中的任一用户呼叫的组呼标识, 通过查找该组呼档案, 就可查找到该群组中的任一用户的用户标识信息。
步骤 S30,后续在所述群组内任一用户呼叫所述组呼标识时(即该群组中 的任一用户想发起该组呼通信时, 就可以向公网网絡侧拨叫该组呼标识信息, 如若组呼标识为" 12345"号码信息,则可以通过拨打该组呼号码 "12345"实现向 公网网絡侧发起组呼业务 ), 公网网络侧根据该用户呼叫的组呼标识索引对应 群组内的其他各个用户标识;
步骤 S40,公网网络侧分别根据上述索引到的各个用户标识,将该群组内 的其他各个用户呼入到该组呼中, 其中具体的呼入过程如下:
公网网絡侧根据上述索引到的各个用户标识, 分别呼叫对应的各个用户; 同时将索引到的组呼标识发送到对应的各个用户终端侧进行显示; 这样各个 用户接收到这个组呼呼叫时, 通过识别该组呼标识信息, 来决定是否加入该 组呼, 其中用户准备加入该组呼时, 可以在自身终端设备上按下具体的接听 键, 这样用户的终端设备就可以向公网网絡侧发送摘机接听信号;
针对呼叫的各个用户, 公网网络侧在接收到用户发来的摘机信号后, 就 可以确定已将该用户呼入到该组呼中。
一个呼叫群组中用户接入到组呼的例子:
群组中的任一用户均可通过呼叫组呼 ID 实现向公网网络侧发起組呼业 务, 组呼业务发起时, 公网网络侧通过该组呼 ID查询该群组内各个成员的号 码 , 并根据查询到的各个成员号码通过寻呼将各个組内成员接入组呼。
其中当群组内的任一用户拨打该组呼 ID时, 公网网络侧通过分析该 ID 号码, 得知该呼叫为组呼, 就根据保存的组内用户号码, 如果是移动用户, 获取这些用户的 IMSI和组内用户所在的位置区, 依次对组内用户发起寻呼; 如果是固定用户, 则呼叫该固定号码。
群组内各个用户接收到呼叫消息时, 网络侧振铃提示用户, 群组内用户 根据来电显示号码, 可以判断为某个组呼呼叫, 用户按接听键响应该组呼呼 叫, 网络给每个用户分配一条专用信道。
公网网络侧在经过上述的处理过程, 将一个组呼成功建立后, 网络侧可 以控制该建立起的组呼中各个用户之间采用半双工方式进行点对多点语音通 信。
在群组用户之间基于半双工方式进行语音通信时, 公网网络侧在组呼执 行过程中, 如果接收到该群组内的用户发来的申请发言权信令时, 就将为原 发言用户分配的讲话话路切换给该申请发言权的用户, 同时将原发言用户设 置为接听状态。
其中群组内的用户在组呼过程中, 如果想向公网网络侧申请发言权, 则 可以通过如下过程完成:
网络侧预先规定将用户按下终端上的规定按键 (如" *"键、 或" # "键等) 时, 终端向公网网络侧发送的信号作为申请发言权信令;
后续, 所述群组中的任一用户在组呼过程中, 就可以通过在自身终端上 按下上述规定的 4 建, 实现向公网网络侧申请发言权。
一个用户申请发言权的例子:
在组呼建立成功开始, 公网网络侧将组呼发起者的上行话路搭接到群组 内其他各个听者的下行话路上, 实现一点对多点的语音分发。 这时发起组呼 的用户占用讲话话路, 其他用户处于收听状态。 后续如果其他用户需要讲话, 就通过按键(如 *、 #或者数字键等)发起话路申请, 公网网络侧收到该申请 发言权的信令后, 将讲者话路分配给按键申请发言权的用户, 并将该讲者上 行话路交换到其他听者的下行话路上, 即公网网络侧在听者信道上收到申请 发言权的信令后, 认为该听者需要讲话, 则将该听者的上行话路交换到其他 听者的下行话路上, 该讲者的话音就可以通过网络侧的语音分发, 发送到组 内其他用户的下行话路上, 组内其他用户均可以听见该用户的讲话。 同理, 后续如果又有用户需要讲话, 则可以通过上述相同的办法申请发言权, 依此 类推, 直到所有用户退出组呼或者该组呼皮取消。
后续, 公网网络侧在组呼执行过程中, 如果接收到群组中的用户发来的 退出组呼信令时, 就立即在参加该组呼的群组用户中删除该用户。 其中群组 中的用户可以通过按下自身终端设备上的挂机按键实现向公网网络侧发送退 出组呼信令。 待公网网络侧确认群组中的各个用户全部退出了该组呼通信后, 就立即取消该组呼。
同时按照本发明方案实现原理 , 由于群组中的每个用户被分配一条话路, 用户和网络侧保持专用连接, 所以不会影响用户的移动切换处理。
对于群组中的用户处于网外时, 本网交换机可以^^据组呼建立后組内用 户的号码分析, 依次进行寻呼或者转发到其他网络进行接续, 从而实现对处 于不同公网中的各个组内用户进行接续处理。
一个根据本发明方案原理实现的组呼实施例:
假设用户 A, B, C和 D为经常一起论坛的车友组, 为了便于联系, 该车 友组申请了组呼业务; 其申请过程可以为:
A用户通过短信方式向公网运营商申请了一个组呼 ID, 该申请短信中包 括 A,B,C,D四人的手机号码;
公网网络侧接收到该申请短信后 , 分别发送询问短信给 B,C,D三人, 询 问其是否愿意加入用户 A发起的这个群组;
用户 B,C,D回复确认消息, 表示愿意加入该群组。 公网网络侧将 A, B, C D四人编为一个群组,并为该群组分配专用的组呼 ID,假设组呼 ID为 12345 (有别于普通的用户号码), 经过上述处理后, 组呼申请登记成功, 这 4个人 可以将该群组称为车友组。
后续, 如果用户 A想邀请其他 3个车友 B、 C、 D进行论坛, 则可以拨打 组呼 ID"12345,,到公网网络侧, 以发起组呼(其拨叫过程和普通拨号一样); 公网网络侧接收到 12345组呼申请后,根据组呼 ID"12345,,到数据库查找 12345群組的组内成员号码信息, 并分别提取该组内各个成员的 IMSI号码, 依次进行寻呼, 寻呼成功后, 网络为每个被叫用户分配专用的业务信道, 并 将用户 A的上行话音信道交换到用户 B,C,D的下行语音信道上。
用户 B,C,D收到寻呼信息时, 手机振铃提示, 来电号码显示为 12345, 表 明是车友组发起的组呼呼叫, 用户 B,C,D接听电话, 可以收到 A的话音。
如果用户 A说完了, B想发言, 则可以通过按" #,,键, 发送了申请发言 权信令到公网网络侧, 公网网络侧经分析是用户 B发送的申请发言权信令, 则将 B的上行话音信道交换到 A, C, D的下行话音信道上。 A,C,D即可以听 到 B的话音, 其他用户需要讲话, 同理进行上述处理。
后续如果用户 C想退出该組呼, 则可以通过直接按挂机键, 公网网络侧 接收到终端通过按下挂机键发送的退出组呼信令后 ,立即拆除用户 C的话路, 但不影响用户 A, B, D之间的通话。
直到所有用户均退出该组呼, 则网络侧取消该组呼。
综上可见, 上述全部实现过程无须用户更改终端设备, 即目前所有的手 机和固定终端均可支持本发明提出的方案, 并不会影响到用户的移动性, 提 升了用户的 ARPU值。
相应的, 本发明还提出了一种组呼业务的实现系统, 请参照图 3, 该图是 本发明组呼业务的实现系统的主要组成结构框图, 其系统要基于公共通信网, 即本发明提出的组呼业务实现系统是设置在公网网络侧的, 使用公网的通信 设备和传输线路等已存资源; 具体地, 主要包括受理单元 10、 绑定单元 20、 索引单元 30和呼入单元 40,其中各个组成单元的作用及其各个组成单元之间 的相互连接关系如下:
受理单元 10, 主要用于受理群组用户申请的组呼业务, 并为该群组分配 对应的组呼标识(组呼 ID );
绑定单元 20,和上述的受理单元 10存在逻辑连接, 主要用于将受理单元 10为所述群组分配的组呼 ID和所述群组内的各个用户标识(用户 ID )之间 进行绑定;
索引单元 30, 与上述的绑定单元 20存在 辑连接,主要用于在所述群组 内任一用户呼叫所述组呼 ID时,根据所述組呼 ID在绑定单元 20中索引所述 群组内的其他各个用户 ID;
呼入单元 40, 与上述的索引单元 30存在逻辑连接,主要用于分别根据索 引单元 30索引到的各个用户标识, 分别将所述群组内的其他各个用户呼入到 该组呼中来。
请参照图 4,该图是本发明组呼业务实现系统中增加半双工通信控制单元 和用户删除单元后的组成结构框图, 其在图 3组成结构的基础上增加有半双 工通信控制单元 50和用户删除单元 60两个部分, 每个组成部分的具体作用 如下:
半双工通信控制单元 50,与上述呼入单元 40存在逻辑连接,主要用于控 制呼入单元 40建立起的組呼中各个用户之间采用半双工方式进行通信。
用户删除单元 60, 与上述呼入单元 40存在逻辑连接,主要用于在呼入单 元 40建立起的组呼执行过程中, 在接收到所述群组中的用户发来的退出组呼 信令时, 在参加该组呼的群组用户中删除该用户。
请参照图 5,该图是本发明组呼业务实现系统中受理单元的具体组成结构 框图,其受理单元主要包括接收子单元 101、询问子单元 102、加入子单元 103、 组呼标识分配子单元 104和通知子单元 105五个部分, 其各个组成部分的具 体作用及其各个组成单元之间的连接关系如下:
接收子单元 101 , 用于在所述群组用户申请組呼业务时,接收该群组用户 通知的预加入该群组的各个用户标识(用户 ID );
询问子单元 102, 用于根据接收子单元 101接收的各个用户 ID, 分别询 问对应的各个用户是否同意加入该群组;
加入子单元 103 , 用于根据询问子单元 102的询问结果,将同意加入的用 户加入该群组;
组呼标识分配子单元 104, 用于为该群组分配组呼标识(组呼 ID ); 通知子单元 105, 用于将加入群组成功信息及其组呼标识分配子单元 104 分配给该群组的组呼 ID分别通知给该群組内的各个用户。
请参照图 6,该图是本发明組呼业务实现系统中呼入单元的具体组成结构 框图,其呼入单元具体包括呼叫子单元 401、发送子单元 402和确定呼入子单 元 403, 其中各个组成部分的具体作用及其各个组成单元之间的连接关系如 下:
呼叫子单元 401 , 用于根据索引单元 30索引到的各个用户 ID, 分别呼叫 对应的各个用户;
发送子单元 402,用于将受理单元 10分配给该群组的组呼 ID分别通过呼 叫子单元 401发送到呼叫的各个用户终端侧进行显示;
确定呼入子单元 403,用于针对呼叫子单元 401呼叫的各个用户,在接收 到用户发来的摘机信号后, 确定已将该用户呼入到该组呼中。

话路切换子单元 501 , 用于在呼入单元 40建立起的组呼执行过程中, 在 接收到该群組内的用户发来的申请发言权信令时, 将为原发言用户分配的讲 话话路切换给该申请发言权的用户;

12、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述受理单元具体包括: 接收子单元, 用于所述群组用户申请组呼业务时, 接收该群组用户通知 的预加入该群组的各个用户标识;
询问子单元, 用于才艮据所述接收子单元接收的各个用户标识, 分别询问 对应的各个用户是否同意加入该群组;
加入子单元, 用于才艮据所述询问子单元的询问结果, 将同意加入的用户 加入该群组;
组呼标识分配子单元, 用于为该群組分配组呼标识;
通知子单元, 用于将加入群组成功信息及所述组呼标识分配子单元分配 给该群组的组呼标识分别通知给该群组内的各个用户。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述呼入单元具体包括: 呼叫子单元, 用于根据所述索引单元索引到的各个用户标识, 分别呼叫 对应的各个用户;
发送子单元, 用于将所述受理单元分配的组呼标识分别发送到所述呼叫 子单元呼叫的各个用户终端侧显示;
确定呼入子单元, 用于针对所述呼叫子单元呼叫的各个用户, 在接收到 用户发来的摘机信号后, 确定已将该用户呼入到该组呼中。
14、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括半双工通信控制单 元, 用于控制所述呼入单元建立起的组呼中各个用户之间采用半双工方式进 行通信。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述半双工通信控制单元 具体包括:
话路切换子单元, 用于在所迷呼入单元建立起的组呼执行过程中, 接收 到该群组内的用户发来的申请发言权信令时, 将为原发言用户分配的讲话话 路切换给该申请发言权的用户;
接听状态设置子单元, 用于将原发言用户设置为接听状态。
16、 如权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 还包括用户删除单元, 用 于在所述呼入单元建立起的组呼执行过程中, 接收到所述群组中的用户发来 的退出组呼信令时, 在参加该组呼的群组用户中删除该用户。
