Description

DISMOUNTABLE HINGE
TECBDVICAL FIELD
The object of the present invention is a dismountable hinge equipped with handle that can be divided in two distinct modules for the realization of windows, skylights, portholes, manholes, doors, hatches, panels, and covers that can be opened indifferently from more sides or are easy to remove.
In particular, this invention wants to provide an easy, flexible, reliable and economic solution for the realization of technical components that can be used as hinges or as complete closing devices, and that can also be produced as self-contained components suitable for assembly on different types of frames and panels by means of different, typical anchoring systems, and also as integrated components that make up new types of frames and panels.
BACKGROUND ART
Currently, there are no self-contained devices available on the market that can be assembled on different types of frames and panels that have the listed characteristics.
Devices are instead renown, which have been studied and specifically built for specific frames and panels in order to obtain particular hatches that can be opened indifferently from the right and left side, but they consist of mechanisms that are rather complex, fragile, cumbersome, and pricy, therefore only suitable for specific, valuable needs.
The scope of the present invention is therefore to provide a simple, technical, flexible, reliable, and economic solution, that can be widely used to realize devices which can be employed as hinges, and also as closing apparatuses, and can be assembled on frames and panels, or be integrated to specific frames and panels, pertaining to the most various types of hatches.
Another purpose of the invention is to provide a technical solution which allows realization of hinged hatches that can be easily removed for cleaning, maintenance, or substitution operations.
An additional scope of the invention is to provide a technical solution specifically referred to a production hypothesis on wide scale, also by paying particular attention and aiming precisely to the definition of components made up of mouldable materials as plastic and aluminium, that currently constitute the most convenient choices for the production of widely diffused lasting goods.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
In this invention, these scopes are reached with the dismountable binge equipped with handle that can be divided in two distinct modules for the realization of windows, skylights, portholes, manholes, doors, hatches, panels, and covers that can be opened indifferently from more sides or are easy to remove, characterized by the presence of a first support module, which includes two or more box-type structures which support, aligned on the hinge's rotation axis, one or more intermediate pins together with two bosses with free heads at their upper and lower edges, and a second seizable technical module, which includes an openable assembled compass, aligned according to the hinge's rotation axis, made up by a bearing semi-compass divided in various tracts and with structural strengthening ribs, on which one or more rotating semi-compasses, equipped with one or more handles, are assembled, hinged in such a way that their rotating axis coincides or is next to the hinge's rotation axis, and able to rotate between an aligning position with the bearing semi-compass, which allows the passage of aligned pins and bosses, and a circular profile's closing position of the assembled compass, which holds the aligned pins and bosses and joins the components' modules together.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS Additional characteristics of the invention will be further explained by the descriptions herein under, which refer to the non-restrictive examples annexed, in which: figure 1 is a perspective view of a dismountable hinge, according to the invention, with the rotating semi-compass in open position, in relation to the assembled compass; figure 2 is a perspective view of a dismountable binge, according to the invention, with the rotating semi-compass in close position, in relation to the assembled compass; figures 3 and 4 are exploded perspective views of a dismountable hinge, according to the invention; figure 5 is a front perspective view of a dismountable binge, according to the invention, with the rotating semi-compass in open position; figure 6 is a front perspective view of a dismountable hinge, according to the invention, with the rotating semi-compass in close position; figures 7, 8, 9, and 10 are perspective views of a dismountable hinge, according to the invention, sectioned along the centre axis, showing the sequence of the anchoring phases between the two modules; figures 11, 12, and 13 are centre sections of a dismountable hinge, according to the invention, showing the shifting from the opening to the closing position of a semi-compass rotating on its rotation axis which does not coincide with the hinge's rotation axis; figure 14 is a functional diagram of a dismountable hinge, according to the invention, showing the proper rotation conditions of the rotating semi-compasses; figure 15 is a functional diagram of a dismountable binge, according to the invention, showing the proper positioning of the rotating semi-compasses with their own rotation axis which does not coincide with the hinge's rotation axis; figures 16, 17, and 18 schematically show a hatch that can be opened indifferently from different sides thanks to the use of dismountable hinges, according to the invention; figures 19, 20, and 21 show an electric unit, a fridge, and a washing machine as item examples that could conveniently be equipped with hatches which can be opened indifferently from the right or left side, thanks to the use of dismountable hinges integrated directly in their components, according to the invention.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE BWENTION
The examples shown in figures sequence from 1 to 15 are typical realizations, among lots of possible practical applications of the present innovation, and show that a dismountable hinge, according to the invention, is made up by two distinct parts, a support module 1, and a seizable technical module 2. The support module 1 includes box-type structures Ia that support, aligned according to the hinge's rotation axis A, an intermediate pin Ib and two bosses Ic with free heads Id at the upper and lower edges. The seizable technical module 2 includes an openable assembled compass 2a, aligned according to the hinge's rotation axis A, made up by a bearing semi-compass 2b divided in various tracts and with structural strengthening ribs 2c, on which an integrated module, made up by a rotating semi-compass 3 with work surfaces 3b, an handle 3a, and a safety device 4, is hinged, according to its rotation axis B, next to the hinge's axis A, and can partially rotate between an opening position C and a closing position D, thanks to rabbets 2d, 2e, 3c, 3d and retaining devices 2f, 2g, 3e.
As far as the description of the operation and modes of use of these devices are concerned, which are obvious from now on, refer to the figures sequence from 1 to 21 trat, for an expert in this sector, represent very detailed information on the peculiarities of this innovation.
It is obvious that the dismountable hinges described and shown in the drawings are simple and non-restrictive examples of the possible practical applications that an expert in this sector can dispose of, thanks to different but equivalent technical solutions pertaining to this invention.
