Abstract
A liquid purifying agent characterized in that 3∼5wt% of silver nitrate(AgNO3), 3∼5wt% of gold chloride(Aucl3), 10∼20wt% of borax(Na2B4C7), 30∼40wt% of sodium carbonate(NaCO3), 20∼30wt% of sodium peroxide (Na2O2) and 20∼30wt% of molten salt powder given by fusing salt in temperature over 840°C, by cooling the resulting fused salt and by pulverizing the resulting cooled salt are mixed to give a mixture, the resulting mixture is dissolved in water over 60°C to give a liquid purifying agent. The liquid purifying agent of present invention has a feature that contaminated soil or water is sterilized, disinfected neutralized and purified by a silver nitrate and a gold chloride, is neutralized and alkalized by a borax, is softened, purified and cleaned by a sodium carbonate, is alkalized and neutralized by sodium peroxide.
Description
Liquid purifying agent for improving quality of soil and water
[Technical Field]
The present invention relates to a liquid purifying agent for improving quality of soil and water, more particularly relates to a purifying agent for improving quality of soil and water by means of sterilization, disinfection purification, neutralization and alkalization.
[Background Art] Generally, soil is neutralized, or alkalized weakly in order to prevent and improve acidification of soil and obstruction of plant growth.
To accomplish the above-stated purpose, various organic fertilizers, have been utilized, fermented and dissolved vegetable barnyard manure, ox manure, fowls droppings and animal protein fertilizing, neutralizing or alkalizing soil instead of artificial fertilizers, namely, chemical fertilizers acidifying soil rapidly.
[Technical Problem]
However, in preparation of said organic fertilizers, collection, combination, fermentation and carriage of materials for manufacture thereof, are exceedingly complex and thereby the prime cost and labor cost for its production are too high.
Accordingly, its mass production is difficult. Also many men power, equipment and time for its fertilization are needed. Therefore production and use of the organic fertilizer are very inefficient. In addition, in order to purify and improve the quality of sewage and wastewater, an activated sludge process as a biological treatment or an organic i
analysis as a method for multiplying and culturing microorganism are utilized, but all of the above-mentioned technologies are those using for purifying a great quantity of sewage and wastewater.
Accordingly, in order to utilize those, since a great unit of facilities such as a settling thank for removal of floating matters by precipitation and an explosive gas thank for cultivation of microorganism are needed and thereby the cost of equipment, place for establishment thereof, management expenses, maintenance expenses and etc are needed greatly. Therefore said method are not nearly utilized for purify a small quantity of sewage and wastewater. In addition, because purification of the sewage and wastewater by means of the above-stated method cannot be accomplished perfectly, residues such as nitrogen and phosphorus compound remain, are discharged and in the result the water is contaminated again by means of the residues.
Also to purify a small quantity of the sewage and wastewater, generally gold or silver compound having disinfective power, and sterilizing power or active carbon having excellent absorptive power, decolorizing action and deodorization, alkaline ion exchange resin for alkalinization by means of ionization of acidic matter, porous zeolite having excellent absorptive power and deodorization, or yellow earth having sterilizing power, purification and filtration have been used.
To purity the sewage and wastewater, when they are selectively passed through said matters for purification or the matters are immersed in the sewage and wastewater, the sewage and wastewater are purified by their sterilizing power, disinfective power, deodorization, absorptive power, filtration or ionization of the matters.
However, i f one of them only is used, since it shows only one feature, perfect purification cannot be established and if various matters are used, various treating steps should be carried out, or the matters are laid in multiple layers in one apparatus, then the sewage and wastewater should be passed through multiple layers of the apparatus to get said multiple actions.
However, in this case expensive apparatus and matters are needed. Furthermore by means of said methods a large quantity of the sewage and wastewater, general rivers, wells and agriculture water cannot be purified within short period. Additionally, the above-mentioned purifying agent for improving quality of soil cannot be used to purify contaminated water and contrary the purifying agent for improving quality of water cannot be used to purify contaminated soil.
Accordingly, the purifying agent for purifying contaminated water together with contaminated soil has never been developed up to now. If a purifying agent for improving quality of both contaminated soil and contaminated water exists at present or have been developed, due to its multiple services its production, purchase and use are convenient and incidental expenses also may be decreased.
[Technical Solution]
The present invention is to provide a liquid purifying agent capable of
purifying both contaminated or acidified soil of the mountains and the fields and
contaminated agriculture water of small streams, rivers or reservoirs, by
improving defects of the above-stated conventional purifying agent.
[Advantageous Effects]
Since the liquid purifying agent of the present invention may be used as a purifying agent for improving quality of both soil and water, namely, as a purifying agent alkalizing the acidic soil, purifying the contaminated soil and purifying the sewage and wastewater, a product of the present invention may be used economically and efficiently.
[Best Mode]
The present invention relates to a liquid purifying agent characterized in that 3~5wt% of silver nitrate(AgN03), 3~5wt% of gold chloride(Aucb), 10~20wt% of borax(Na2B4C?), 30~40wt% of sodium carbonate(NaCO3>, 20~30wt% of sodium peroxide(Na2θ2) and 20~30wt% of molten salt powder given by fusing salt in temperature over 840 °C , by cooling the resulting fused salt and by pulverizing the resulting cooled salt are mixed to give a mixture, the resulting mixture is dissolved in water over 60 °C to give a liquid purifying agent.
[Mode for Invention]
Since said silver nitrate is ionized in water to extract silver, by the extracted silver said silver nitrate shows sterilizing and disinfective effect. Accordingly harmful bacteria or contaminated matter contained in soil or sewage and wastewater is sterilized and disinfected by it. Also since it shows neutrality soil or water is neutralized by it to promote growth of plant.
Since said gold chloride(Aucb) is ionized in water to extract gold, contaminated water or soil is sterilized and disinfected by it. Furthermore said gold chloride shows synergistic sterilizing and disinfective effects together with said silver nitrate.
When said silver nitrate and gold chloride are added less than said additional quantity sterilizing and disinfective effect lower and when they are added more than said quantity they shows effect identical or similar to that of said limited quantity. Since said borax is used to dissolve harmful metal oxide, harmful metal oxides contained in soil or water are dissolved by means of it, also since said borax itself is alkaline, soil or water is alkalized weaky or is neutralized to change it into that of good quality. When said borax is added less than said additional quantity said effects lower and when it is added more than said additional quantity soil or water is alkalized too strongly to hamper growth of plant.
Sodium carbonate is added to soften hard water into soft water and, to purify and to wash mineral and plant oil. Namely, this matter is used to soften, to purify and to refine contaminated soil and water, and when it is added less than said additional quantity said softening, purifying and refining effect lower and when it is added more than said additional quantity the contaminated soil and water are alkalized too strongly to contaminate preferably the soil or water.
Since sodium peroxide(Na2θ2) is hydrolyzed in water to generate sodium hydroxide, thereby acidified soil or water is alkalized weakly or is neutralized.
Said molten salt has 0.918 of emitting rate in 5~20μm and 3.70XlO2 of emitting energy(W/m2), as confirmed by testing result of Institute for Testing of
Korea Construction Materials. Accordingly a large quantity of far infrared is emitted from said molten salt to sterilize, disinfect, purify and refine contaminated soil or water.
[Industrial Applicability]
The liquid purifying agent of the present invention may be applied to the contaminated soil or water to change them into purified soil or water by mean of synergistic sterilizing and disinfective effects of each component composing the liquid purifying agent of the present invention. Particularly, since a large quantity of far infrared is emitted by means of
Ag, Au, Na and B ions ionized from each component composing the liquid purifying agent of the present invention and molten salt powder of said component, to purify, clean, sterilize or disinfect contaminated soil and the sewage and wastewater, and to change them into purified soil and water of good quality.
Claims
A liquid purifying agent characterized in that 3~5wt% of silver nitrate( AgNOs), 3~5wt% of gold chloride(Aucb), 10~20wt% of borax(Na2B4C?), 30~40wt% of sodium carbonate(NaCO3), 20~30wt% of sodium peroxide (Na2θ2) and 20~30wt% of molten salt powder given b y fusing salt in temperature over 8400C , by cooling the resulting fused salt and by pulverizing the resulting cooled salt are mixed to give a mixture, the resulting mixture is dissolved in water over 60 °C to give a liquid purifying agent.
