Automatic product shelf equipment technology
The present invention relates to a product automatic advance shelf device that facilitates advance delivery of displayed products used in supermarkets and the like. Background art
In supermarkets, the displayed products are sold sequentially from the front of the display shelf, so as time goes on, the product will disappear or become very small in front of the display shelf. In this case, customers often miss the products behind the display shelves, or somehow get them out of the way, often resulting in a rapid decline in their willingness to purchase and adversely affecting the sales of the products. In order to solve this problem, the workers frequently move the products remaining in the back to the front and replenish new products later.
However, it is difficult to add new products to the space behind them because the products in the front are in the way. Also, moving the product in the back to the front is a major task. In recent years, various methods and devices have been proposed for facilitating the replenishment of such new products and for always putting the products in advance. For example, in the registered utility model No. 3 0 4 3 2 8 8 publication, the entire shelf of a fixed product display shelf can be pulled out to the front with one touch, and the display product is rearranged and arranged in the front. New devices are disclosed that can be used for tidy and replenishment operations safely, quickly and accurately. This new device is equipped with a relay tool incorporating a rotating car, an inverted L-shaped baseboard equivalent to the existing display shelf support, and a support cover that wraps two types of devices together. It is incorporated. Also, if the product display shelf moves in the front-rear direction In addition, there is also known a method in which a product advancement body having a product advancement function is installed on a fixed product display shelf, and the displayed product is automatically pushed forward.
(Patent Document 1) Registered Utility Model No. 3 0 4 3 2 8 8 (Claim 1) However, the new tool described in Registered Utility Model No. 3 0 4 3 2 8 8 is rotated in the relay tool. There is a problem that the structure is complicated such as incorporating a car and the manufacturing cost is high. In addition, since the conventional product advancement body is installed on a display surface tilted forward and has a weight on it, the forward pressing force is small and a large number of products are lined up in the front-rear direction. The product could not be sent forward reliably.

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of the automatic product shelf unit in the first embodiment, FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining how to assemble the advance shelf device in FIG. 1, and FIG. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of a part of the product front body shown in Fig. 3 seen from the back side, Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged view of the display shelf of Fig. 1, and Fig. 6 is a product display surface. It is a figure explaining the contact | abutting condition of a product advance body. In this specification, “front” refers to the side from which the product is taken out (reference X), that is, the customer side, and “rear” refers to the opposite side (reference Y). Also, the horizontal direction is from the front Indicates the direction of viewing.
In FIG. 1, a product automatic advance shelf device 10 is mounted on a product display surface 7 having a guide portion 70 formed in a large number at a predetermined pitch in the left-right direction and extending in the front-rear direction, and on the product display surface 7. The product advancement body 2 that is guided by the guide unit 70 and is always in the forward movement state in the natural state, and the display product that is in the advancement state are partitioned by the product advancement body 2. A plurality of roller 4 as sliding means in the front-rear direction on the product display surface side of the product advancement body 2, that is, the back surface of the bottom plate 2 1 of the product advancement body 2, and A number of rib members extending in the front-rear direction, which are sliding means, are attached on the product display surface 7 at appropriate pitches on the left and right.
In addition to the above, for example, a small wheel is attached to the side surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product advancement body 2 as a form of attaching a sliding member such as a roller to the back surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product advancement body 2. It may be a thing. In the present invention, examples of the sliding means include a sliding material in addition to the roller and the rib member extending in the front-rear direction. Examples of sliding materials include ordinary steel sheets coated with a coating that reduces friction, low-friction materials such as fluororesin, and those with a reduced contact area such as an embossed surface.
As shown in FIG. 5, the display shelf 9 forming the product display surface 7 in this example is a product display surface consisting of a repetition of three tall high ribs 7 1 and two short low ribs 7 2. 7 and a front member 9 1 a having a lateral engagement groove 8 with which the product fall prevention plate is engaged. This product display surface 7 has high ribs 71 (sliding steps) and guides forward movement of the product advancement body 2 as described later in cooperation with the high ribs 71 and the low ribs 72. Constitutes the section. The upper end of the high rib 71 is sharpened to make it easier to slip. Further, the high rib 71 is formed with a longitudinal engagement groove 76 for engaging the product partition plate at every predetermined pitch. As shown in Fig. 2, this display shelf 9 is an existing product display shelf. It may be installed at 50 or a new display shelf may be constructed. The shape of the product display surface 7 may be, for example, a repetition of a single height rib in addition to the above-mentioned repetition of the three tall high ribs 71 and the two low ribs 72. The structure may be such that a roller rides between one rib and another rib adjacent to the one rib.
The product advancement body 2 includes a flat bottom plate 21, a front member 2 3 that restricts the forward movement of the product placed on the bottom plate 21 that is erected from the front end of the bottom plate 21, and the bottom plate 1 A product pressing plate 2 2 erected from the center with the rear inclined surface facing forward, and a strip steel plate having a base end 3 2 at the front end and the rear end fixed to the rear side of the product pressing plate 2 2 3 1 (Connecting member 3) and a plurality of rollers 29 provided on both sides of the bottom surface of the bottom plate 21 and in the front-rear direction. On the back surface of the product pressing plate 22, there is a mainspring storage portion (not shown) that winds and stores the strip steel plate 31 as the product advancement body 2 moves forward. The connection member 3 is not particularly limited as long as one end is the front side member of the display shelf and the other is the product advancement body 2. Note that three rib members 24 are attached in the front-rear direction on the upper surface of the bottom plate 21 and in front of the product pressing plate 22 2 to enhance the installation stability of the mounted product.
The above-described constituent members are assembled to form the advance shelf device 10. That is, the product advancement body 2 is installed on the product display surface 7. In this case, the roller 2 9 is placed on the low rib 7 2, and the connecting member 3 is placed on the other low rib 7 2 between the low ribs 7 2 and 7 2 on which the roller 2 9 is placed ( (See Figure 6). That is, the guide portion in this example is a pair of high ribs 71 and a low rib 72 between the high ribs 71, and the high ribs 72 are adjacent to both sides of the roller 29. Therefore, the straight movement of the product advancement body 2 is ensured by preventing movement in the left-right direction. Then, for example, the base end portion 3 2 of the connecting member 3 is screwed to the front side of the product display surface (display shelf) 7. As a result, before the product The projecting body 2 is guided by a guide portion 70 composed of a high rib 71 and a low rib 72, and always moves forward in a natural state.
A product fall prevention plate 6 is installed at the front end of the product display surface 7, and the rear portions of the pair of left and right product partition plates 5 and 5 are fitted into the fitting grooves 76 according to the width of the product to be displayed. The installation method of the product partition plates 5 and 5 is not limited to this method. For example, the product partition plates 5 and 5 may be fitted into fitting holes formed at arbitrary positions. Assuming such a product partition plate and product advancement body as one set, an appropriate number of sets are assembled on the product display surface 7. At this time, the product partition plate 5 may be used as a common object that defines the right side of one product front-end body and the left side of the product front-end body adjacent to the right side of the product front-end body. .
Next, an operation for arranging products on the built-in product advance shelf device 10 is performed. This operation is performed by inserting the displayed product between the product fall prevention plate 6 and the product pressing plate 22. The original product is placed in front of the product pressing plate 22 and on the upper surface of the bottom plate 21. In this case, the product advancement body 2 does not move. Next, as the product is gradually put closer to the front side, the product advancement body 2 is lowered to the rear, and the product replenishment work is completed when the rear end of the bottom plate 2 1 comes into contact with the rear end of the display shelf ( The product front-end body on the right side of Fig. 2). In addition, usually, a number of the product advancement bodies 2 are provided on the product display surface 7 in the left-right direction.
According to the product advance shelf device 10, the product placed on the product display surface 7 is always in the forward state due to the forward moving force of the product advancement body 2 on which the product is placed on the bottom plate 21. . In addition, the product display surface is provided with high ribs 71 (sliding means) with a sharp upper end, reducing friction with the bottom surface of the product, and promoting the front layer. Furthermore, since the strip-shaped connecting member 3 exists in the space between the back surface of the bottom plate 21 and the low rib 72, friction between the connecting member 3 and the bottom plate 21 does not occur. There is no obstacle to moving forward. In this state When the customer takes out the product in front, the product advancement body 2 and the remaining product are moved forward by the forward biasing of the product advancement body 2 to automatically advance the product. Note that the upper end of the high rib 71 is not limited to a sharp cross-sectional shape, and may be, for example, a flat cross-sectional shape or a semicircular cross-sectional shape.
In this way, the product advance shelf device 10 has an action force to automatically and reliably display displayed products even when a large number of products are lined up in the front-rear direction. This makes it easier for customers to pick up products. In addition, since the display surface is provided with a large number of vertical engagement grooves that engage with the product dividers in the horizontal direction, when the products are displayed side by side and in a vertical direction for each product with different width dimensions, it matches the product width. Appropriate advancement can be made individually for each column product at the pitch.
Next, the automatic product shelf rack apparatus in the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 7 and FIG. FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a part of the display shelf used in the advance shelf apparatus of this example, and FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the contact state between the product display surface and the product advance body. 7 and 8, the same components as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and differences will mainly be described. That is, the advance shelf device 10a of this example differs from the automatic product advance shelf device 10 in the first embodiment in that the structure of the product display surface 7 and the bottom plate structure of the product advancement body 2 are the same. And forward moving means. In the front shelf device 10a, the product display surface 7a is formed by high ribs 71, and a rear fall prevention plate 9 1b is provided at the rear end. Further, the connecting member is omitted on the back surface of the bottom plate 21 of the product delivery body 2, and a pair of rail-like protrusions 42 extending in the left-right direction extending in the front-rear direction is attached to the center of the back surface. Has been. The pair of rail-like protrusions 42 sandwich the two high ribs 71 on the product display surface 7a in the installed state and smoothly move in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the thickness of the rail-like protrusion 4 2 is high. It is smaller than the groove width between 1 and the length extending downward is such that it is locked between the high ribs 71. That is, the guide portion in this example is the high rib 71, and the forward straight movement of the product advancement body 2 is guided by the engagement between the high rib 71 and the pair of rail-shaped protrusions 42. The The forward moving means is means for inclining a product display surface 7 a (not shown) forward. As a specific example of means for inclining the front, there is a method of installing the display shelf 9 on the existing display surface of the front downward slope, or by interposing a spacer on the rear rear surface of the display shelf 9 so that the product display surface is inclined forward downward. And the like.
The front shelf device 10 0 a is provided with a roller 4 and a rib rib 7 1 (sliding member) on both the abutment portion of the product front body 2 with the product display surface 7 a and the product display surface. Next, the automatic product shelf rack apparatus in the third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 9 to 11. Fig. 9 is a perspective view of the product used in the preceding shelf device of this example, Fig. 10 is a perspective view of the display shelf used in the preceding shelf device of this example, and Fig. 11 is the product display surface. It is a figure explaining the contact | abutting condition of a product lead-out body. 9 to 11, the same components as those in FIGS. 1 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof will be omitted, and differences will be mainly described. That is, the advance shelf device 10 b of this example differs from the automatic product advance shelf device 10 in the first embodiment in that the structure of the product display surface and the bottom plate structure of the product advance body It is.
In the front shelf device 10b, the product display surface 7b is formed by a large number of rib-like vertical fitting grooves 76, in which the front part I2 in the front-rear direction fits the product partition plate, and the rest A large number of rollers are attached in the front-rear direction. A recess 7 4 having a width substantially equal to the width of the roller adjacent to 3 is repeatedly provided in the left-right direction. The display shelf 9b in FIG. 10 is continuous in the left-right direction, and forms, for example, a gondola display shelf. Note that the ratio of the rib-like vertical fitting grooves 76 in the product display surface 7 b is not limited to the above value, and is appropriately determined within 1/2 of the front.
The main difference between the product advancement body 2a and the product advancement body 2 in Fig. 1 is that the roller 4 of the bottom plate 2 1 is omitted, and a recess 2 0 3 is provided in the center of the back surface, and both sides thereof are provided. The flat portion 2 0 2 that comes into contact with the roller 7 3 on the product display surface and the skirt portions 1 1 are provided at both ends.
