Abstract

L'invention concerne un adaptateur de lavage/aspiration destiné au traitement de plaies, notamment de fistules. Cet adaptateur est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pièce rapportée (1) qui comporte une enveloppe à vide sur laquelle une pression négative est exercée par un raccord (4). La pièce rapportée est ainsi maintenue à l'emplacement à traiter de telle façon que l'adaptateur de lavage/aspiration soit en contact étanche de tous les côtés avec la peau (7) courbée. Un insert de lavage/aspiration (3) doté d'une saillie de lavage/aspiration (5) permet d'insérer l'agent de traitement dans la plaie.
