Abstract

The invention relates to a reactor for thermal treatment of feed materials as waste, which comprises a container (7), for receiving the feed materials and injection means, for forming a continuous area (11) for thermal treatment of the feed materials in the container, whereby the injection means are provided with at least first and second injection elements (4, 5, 6), spaced from each other in the direction of a material flow through the container.
