Description

DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY The present invention is intended to disclose a sealing device that has sensitive features of novelty and inventive activity on what is currently known. The sealing device object of the present invention is intended to carry out the sealing of the type that is usually carried out by means of tapes or wrapping strips of the object to be fastened and sealed that are combined with small extreme tensioning heads. Usually, clamps of varying lengths, with their respective heads, are known in commerce, which allow to fix and seal packages or objects of different shapes and sizes and in which, usually, the terminal part of the clamp not used in the operation of Bulk fixation is cut and removed, resulting in an inexpensive use. In addition, frequent errors of placement of the tape on the terminal head can occur. The sealing device object of the present invention is intended to provide more rational and efficient means for performing said fastening and sealing work. To this end, the present invention is essentially based on the constitution of a continuous clamp tape, that is to say, that it can be cut in the sections of desired length for use, and that adopts a flattened transverse structure with a serrated finish in its upper face as in its lower face, presenting the characteristic that the structure and in particular the width of the upper part is different from that of the lower part, for example, greater than that of the lower face, to be able to conjugate with heads clamping, of special form, to allow the fastening and fixing of the sealing tape without the possibility of error, given the special shape of the cross section of the tape. The clamping heads will preferably take the form of a small block, for example, a straight parallelepiped, of square section or the like, presenting two longitudinal steps for the successive introduction of the terminal ends of the tape, existing inside said respective steps anti-return tabs that are conjugated with the teeth of one or the other side of the tape to prevent its recoil, once tensioning and sealing. In another embodiment of the invention, the constitution head is provided in the form of a block provided with symmetrical openings that correspond to the cross sections of the ends of a loop of the sealing element and which have internally retained tabs with serrations. in the opposite direction to the corresponding ones of the sealing element, so that in each of the throats of said block the parts opposite to the tongues also have teeth in conjugate form, so that the retention of the teeth can be carried out on both sides in each of the branches of the sealing strip. In addition, the cross section of the sealing strip adopts a unique flattened parallelepipedic shape with a recess in the upper face and another in the lower face that are the carriers of transverse toothed teeth and that have different widths to assist in safety and ease of assembly of the sealing strip without the possibility of error in its placement. For your best understanding, some drawings that correspond to embodiments of the present invention are attached by way of explanatory but not limiting example. Figure 1 shows a view of a sealing device according to the invention, in a transversely curved arrangement. Figures 2 and 3 show sections on the cutting planes indicated in Figure 1. Figure 4 shows a front elevation view of a clamping head of the sealing device of the present invention. Figure 5 shows a longitudinal section through the indicated cutting plane. Figure 6 shows a roll-shaped arrangement of the device of the present invention, prepared for use. Figure 7 schematically shows the arrangement of the sealing device in the sealing of a conventional object. Figure 8 shows a front elevational view of the sealing head of the sealing strip according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Figure 9 shows a longitudinal section of the head of Figure 8 itself by the section of cut that has been represented. Figures 10 and 11 show both cross-sectional and longitudinal sections of the sealing strip that forms part of this embodiment of the present invention. Figure 12 shows a perspective view of the sealing strip itself of Figures 10 and 11. Figure 13 schematically shows the way in which the sealing tape is arranged in a sealing operation. As can be seen in Figure 1, the sealing device of the present invention has a cross-sectional longine element -1- flattened which, represented on a variable scale in Figure 1, shows a toothed profile -2- in its upper face and a second toothed profile -3- in its lower face. The tape will be manufactured in the form of a long-lasting element of indeterminate length, fixed only for commercial convenience, being finished in the form of a roll -4-, figure 6, from which an end -5- will be extracted to determine the desired length of tape a use in a specific closing and sealing operation. The tape -1- has a different shape in its upper face and in its lower face, as can be seen in Figures 2 and 3, in which it is observed that the upper part is wider than the lower part, exceeding this by the wings -6- and -7-. The tape is complemented with an anti-recoil fixation head -8-, figures 4 and 5, which has a substantially parallel parallelepiped structure with a square or other base, with openings -9- and -10- whose shape corresponds to the cross section of the tape -1- in the use arrangement, that is, in the form of a loop, as shown in Figure 1, whereby said openings -9- and -10- will have symmetrical shapes with respect to the plane of symmetry horizontal of the piece shown, to allow the tape to pass in the manner shown in Figure 7, that is, with a rope or end -11- passing through the upper opening of the clamping head -8- and the another end or end -12- passing through the lower opening -10- of said clamping head. Inside said openings -9- and -10-, the block -8- has two flexible tabs -13- and -14- attached to the desired faces of the openings -9- and -10-, for example, the lower face, such as in figure 5, so that said tabs have, on the surface directed towards the opening, serrated teeth -15- and -16- susceptible to fit in the respective teeth of the tape -1-. The application of the tape is shown schematically in Figure 7, in which the fastening of a package, package or set of elements that is surrounded by the tape -1- is observed, being fixed at its end in a clamping head -8-. The length of the tape -1- that will have been cut, will correspond precisely to the needs. In the embodiment of Figures 8 to 13, the retention block object of the invention indicated with the numeral -101- has an upper mouth -102- and a lower mouth -103- for two branches of a sealing strip, each having one of said mouths each tabs such as -104- and -105- similar to those provided in the main patent and provided with internal teeth -106- and -107- equally similar to those of the main invention. In these improvements, it is also foreseen that in opposition to the teeth -106- and -107- the retention block -101- presents other retention teeth -108- and -109- intended to receive and retain the teeth of the internal faces of the branches of the sealing strip. In an optional embodiment of the present invention the teeth -107- and -108- could be suppressed, being simply replaced by smooth surfaces. The concrete embodiment of a strip of sealing -110-, figures 10 to 12, presents in cross section a very flat straight parallelepiped structure with an upper recessed area -111- and a lower one -112-, of different width and equipped with respective teeth transversal -113- and -114-. In one of the mentioned teeth, in the specific case of the figures the one corresponding to the upper part -111-, between the teeth, that is, between the its crests and the upper edge of block -110-, there is a space or gap -115-, while in the lower face the ridges of the teeth coincide with the lower face of block -110-. The teeth -113- and -114- have been represented with a triangular structure, but could be replaced by another, such as rectangular, or any other that would fulfill an equivalent function. Figure 13 shows the sealing strip attached to the head -101- in seal positions showing the upper and lower branches respectively indicated with the numerals -116- and -117- inserted in the head -101-, while the loop formed by the sealing strip holds an element -118- that has conventionally been represented in a similar manner to the main patent.
