Abstract

Ce dispositif comporte au moins un insert fémoral (8A) qui présente une surface (20A) d'appui condylien pour un os ou un implant fémoral ; au moins un insert tibial (10A) qui présente une surface (24A) d'appui d'un plateau tibial pour un os ou un implant tibial ; et des moyens (4A, 30A) d'application entre les inserts fémoral et tibial d'une force de distraction d'intensité prédéterminée, rotule en place ou non. La surface d'appui condylien (20A) est en forme de cuvette et est pourvue de moyens (12A) de glissement pour l'os ou l'implant fémoral lorsque l'articulation de genou est déplacée.
