Abstract
Description
PFLASTER-VORRICHTUNG PLASTER DEVICE
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Pflaster-Vorrichtung zum Abdecken ausgewählter Stellen der menschlichen Haut, mit einer Trägerschicht mit einer Oberfläche und einerThe invention relates to a plaster device for covering selected areas of the human skin, with a carrier layer having a surface and a
Unterfläche, wobei die Oberfläche mit einer Schutzschicht versehen ist, und mindestens teilweise im Bereich derUnder surface, wherein the surface is provided with a protective layer, and at least partially in the region of
Below a contact layer is provided, the underside of which comes into contact with a selected skin site.
Plaster devices of the type mentioned above are used in the prior art, on the one hand to protect damaged areas of skin from mechanical effects from the outside and thereby promote a healing process. On the other hand, the known devices are used to bring epidermis permeable medically active substances into skin contact, so as to have a longer duration Period to ensure uniform delivery of the substances into the human body. However, the known plaster devices have the disadvantage that in the case of the former application, in particular in the area of exposed body parts effective protection against curative UV radiation of the sun is not guaranteed, and that in the case of the latter application the substances to be introduced into the human body not are safely protected from degradation caused by UV radiation of the sun and / or accelerated decomposition in the form of decomposition or oxidation.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a plaster device in which an effective protection against UV radiation of the sun is already guaranteed in the area of the surface of the carrier layer.
For a plaster device of the type mentioned above, this object is achieved in that the protective layer has an opacity with a value greater than 0.55.
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.Preferred embodiments of the invention are subject of the dependent claims.
In the case of the plaster device according to the invention, the feature that the protective layer has an opacity with a value greater than 0.55 achieves a device in which, on the one hand, in the area of exposed parts of the body effective protection against UV radiation which inhibits healing of the body Sun, and on the other hand, in the case where the patch device is provided for administering medically effective substances, the substances to be introduced into the human body are certainly provided a decomposition induced by UV radiation of the sun and / or accelerated decomposition in the form of decomposition or oxidation are protected. An opacity of 1, ie non-transparency for light of any wavelength, is not sought for the reason, because this can be achieved technically only with a simultaneous gas impermeability, which is not desirable from a medical point of view. The opacity is defined here as that of a transparency inverse value between 0 and 1, where an opacity of 0 corresponds to 100 percent transparency and an opacity of 1 corresponds to 100 percent intransparency or complete absorption or reflection of light and UV rays.
According to a first preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention, it is therefore provided that the value of the opacity is dimensioned in the range between 0.6 and 0.9. According to particular embodiments, the value of the opacity, depending on the application, is between 0.65 and 0.85, between 0.65 and 0.8, between 0.7 and 0.85 or between 0.75 and 0.9. The respective opacity is preferably generated by a corresponding shading of the color brown.
According to another preferred embodiment of the device according to the invention it is provided that the contact layer is formed by fiber parts of the hemp shrub. The contact layer may alternatively be made of a conventional material such as wool or fleece and thereby be interspersed only with certain fiber parts of hemp shrubs and thus contain only a certain proportion, the fiber parts always always from the leaves or the Stems of hemp shrub may be formed. Hemp fibers or hemp components generally have the advantage of an anti-inflammatory and healing-promoting effect of the contact layer.
The contact layer is designed to be hydrophilic for a first application for covering areas of skin in order to absorb bodily fluid escaping from an injured skin area. For a second application for introducing substances into the human body, the contact layer is preferably provided as a reservoir for epidermis-permeable medically active substances to be delivered to intended skin sites.
According to important preferred embodiments of the device according to the invention, it is provided that the reservoir contains, for example, a nicotine substitute, insulin, an asthma-effective cortisone or a substance that controls the vegetative nervous system for the control of travel diseases.
