Abstract

According to the present invention, it is possible to mitigate traffic congestion at the multi-dimensional intersection based on the facilitation of left turn at the three-way street or four-way street's multi-dimensional intersection. Moreover, another advantage lies in the use of another intersection that is appropriate for another topography.

Description

STRUCTURE OF MULTI-DIMENSIONAL INTERSECTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Field of the Invention:
The present invention relates to the connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that enables left turn, right turn and straight advancing intersection at small space based on the installation on three or four way street where two roads intersect into twisted location without intersecting on the same plane surface. The present invention may decrease traffic congestion at multi-dimensional intersection. Moreover, the present invention pertains to the connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that enables use of other intersection in line with topography.
Description of the Prior Art: In general, multi-dimensional intersection shall provide conjunction road so that automobiles that are heading straight or turning left or right shall navigate effectively without intermingling of automobile. In general, left or right turn is allowed by enabling merge into another road that leads straight ahead that cross road based on that which junctions from road leading straight ahead. However, hitherto multi-dimensional intersection is characterized by large number of junction points that intends to mutually connect two roads. Therefore, navigation speed of automobiles decrease, inducing traffic congestion. Moreover, the above mentioned results in ineffective problem pertaining to traffic circulation. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that enables left turn, right turn and Going straight intersection at small space based on the installation on three or four way street where two roads intersect into twisted location without intersecting on the same plane surface. The present invention may decrease traffic congestion at multi-dimensional intersection.
Moreover, the present invention pertains to the connection structure of multidimensional intersection that enables use of other intersection in line with topography. When it pertains to the Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi-dimensionally, and the multi-dimensional intersection of three-way street that is comprised of junction roads that are connected in a way that right turn from the above mentioned roads are enabled, the above mentioned type of invention enables connection so that left turn is enabled from the above mentioned Road No 1 and 2. Moreover, the present invention includes left turn road that enables left turn based on over 360 degree gyration.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The purpose of the present invention shall be to be installed at the three-way street or four- way street's multi-dimensional intersection to decrease traffic congestion at the multi-dimensional intersection by enabling intersection of left and right turns and driving straight ahead in small space.
Moreover, the purpose of the present invention is to provide connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that may be used as different intersection in line with other topography. In particular, the present invention enables diverse entry into the intersection by the entering vehicles, and provides intersection with a wider range of selection since direction conversion is enabled. [Composition of Invention]
To attain the above mentioned purposes, when it pertains to the present invention's Actual Example No. 1, Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi-dimensionally, and the three-way street's multi-dimensional intersection, comprised of junction roads so that they would connect to the right turning at the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2, the present invention is characterized by the connection to the left turn on the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2, and by the inclusion of left turn road that enables left turn based on over 360 degrees gyration.
Moreover, to attain the above mentioned purposes, when it pertains to the present invention's Actual Example No. 1, Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi-dimensionally, and the four-way street's multi-dimensional intersection, comprised of junction roads so that they would connect to the right turning at the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2, the present invention is characterized by the connection to the left turn on the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2, and by the inclusion of left turn road that enables left turn based on over 360 degrees gyration.
Moreover, to attain the above mentioned purposes, when it pertains to the present invention's Actual Example No. 3, Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi-dimensionally, and the four- way street's multi-dimensional intersection, comprised of junction roads so that they would connect to the right turning at the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2, the present invention is characterized by connecting of the left and right lanes to the road that is situated at the upper side among the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2 and by the inclusion of U-turn roads that face each other.
Here, the above mentioned U-turn road is characterized by the connection to the inner lane that is close by the Connection Road.
The hereafter attached Fig. provides detailed explanation on the ideal actual examples pertaining to the present invention.

As shown on the Fig. mark, Actual Example No. 1 in accordance to the present invention is three-way street that intersects multi-dimensionally and is comprised of Road
No. 1(10) and Road No. 2(20). Junction road(30) is connected to the above mentioned
Road No. 1(10) and Road No. 2(30). The above mentioned junction road(30) is the road that enables right turn from the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2(10,20).
Moreover, the present invention's Actual Example No. 1 is comprised of left turn road(40) that enables left turn from the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2(10,20). The above mentioned left turn road(40) enables left turn based on over 360 degrees gyration that is junctioned from the above mentioned Road No. 1(10) or Road No. 2(20). The above mentioned is the foremost characteristic of the present invention in accordance to the Actual Example No. 1.
Based on over 360 degrees gyration of the above mentioned left turn road(40), traffic congestion caused by left turn is mitigated since left turn is executed from Road No. 1(10) or Road No. 2(20). The above mentioned left turn road(40) may differ according to topography. Detailed examples are provided on Fig. la ~ Fig. Id.
If and when Fig. la is cited as an example, Road No. as the multi-dimensional intersection of the three-way street that comprises Road No.2(20) towards the left side of Road No. 1(10), right turn from Road No. 1 and 2(10,20) is executed by the junction road(30), connected in triangular shape onto the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2(10,20). Moreover, left turn from the above mentioned Road No. 1(10) is executed by the left turn road(4) that enables merging into Road No. 2(20) after over 360 degrees gyration after junctioning at the right side (outer side) of the above mentioned Road No. 1(10)' straight navigation lane. Left turn from Road No. 2(20) is enabled by merging into Road No. 1(10) from the left side (outer side) of the above mentioned Road No. 2(20)'s straight forward navigation lane.

Since the above mentioned left turn road(50) is connected to the mid point of each of the above mentioned junction road(30) at the Road No. 1(10) or Road No. 2(20), congestion resulting from left turn is mitigated. In other words, starting from the above mentioned Road No. 1(10) and Road No. 2(20), it is possible to reduce the point that is junctioned. In the past, junction is enabled at each of the 4 points pertaining to the above mentioned Road No. 1(10) and Road No. 2(20). According to the present invention's Actual Example No. 2, Road No. 1(10) and Road No. 2(20) are junctioned at each of the 2 points.
Moreover, if and when the direction of navigation of the automobile in accordance to the above mentioned left turn road(50) is explained, left turn is enabled as Fig. 2a merges at the mid point of the junction road(3) through the left turn road(50) by junctioning from Road No. 1(10) or Road No. 2(20). As for Fig. 2b, junctioning is enabled from the mid point of the above mentioned junction road(30), and left turn is enabled by merging into Road No. 1(10) or Road No. 2(20) through left turn road(50). Construction of the above mentioned left turn road(50) may differ according to topography. Examples are provided on Fig. 3a ~ Fig. 3i.
Fig. 3a ~ Fig. 3i demonstrate connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that shows various examples in accordance to the present invention's Actual Example No. 2.

Accordingly, the present invention's Actual Example No. 2 maybe modified into the structure of diverse forms.
Fig. 4 demonstrates connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection in accordance to the present invention's Actual Example No. 3.

The above mentioned U-turn road(60) is constructed so that the above mentioned connects to the upper side among the above mentioned Road No. 1(10) or Road No. 2(20). The above mentioned is the part that forms the foremost characteristic in accordance to the present invention's Actual Example No. 2.
The above mentioned U-turn road(60) is constructed so that the above mentioned is placed at the inner lane that is near the Connection Road(32) that enables right turn. Left turn and U-turn are enabled in accordance to the U-turn road(60).
If and when the above mentioned is explained simply, after the vehicle that navigates on Road No. 1(10) takes U-turn by using the above mentioned U-turn road(60), it is possible to turn left into Road No. 2(20) from Road No. 1(10) based on immediate right turn. Moreover, the vehicle that navigates on Road No. 2(20) may turn left into Road No. 1(10) if and when U-turning by using U-turn road(60) as soon as the above mentioned turns right or enters into Road No. 1(10) by using the above mentioned Connection Road(32).

WHAT IS CLAIMED IS:
1. When it pertains to the three-way street's multi-dimensional intersection that is comprised of junction road that is connected in a way that right turn is enabled from the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2 and Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi- dimensionally,
Connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that is characterized by the inclusion of left turn road that enables left turn based on over 360 degrees gyration in addition to connecting so that left turn is enabled on the above mentioned Road No. 1 and
2. When it pertains to the multi-dimensional intersection of four- ay street that is comprised of junction road that is connected in a way that right turn is enabled on the Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi-dimensionally and the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2, Connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that is characterized by the inclusion of left turn road that enables left turn by connecting to the mid point of each of the junction roads and the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2.

When it pertains to the four- way street's multi-dimensional intersection that is comprised of connection road that is connected in a way that right turn is enabled from the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2 and Road No. 1 and 2 that intersect multi- dimensionally, Connection structure of multi-dimensional intersection that is characterized by the inclusion of U-turn roads that face each other in addition to the connection to the left and right lanes at the road that is situated at the upper side among the above mentioned Road No. 1 and 2.
