- Some of components constituting the deodorant composition would give off a little offensive odor characteristic to the substrate. In such a case, the flavor and/or the fragrance can mask the offensive odor to thereby exert a sufficient deodorizing effect.

More specifically speaking, use may be made of, for example, various stabilizers, silicic acid anhydride, sulfate anhydride, various inorganic chloride, various fillers such as saccharide and polysaccharide, coloring matter, surfactants, anti-oxidant such as BHT, BHA, Vitamin E and Vitamin C, antimicrobial agent such as benzoic acid and sodium benzoate, commercially available deodorant agent such as activated carbon and cyclodextrin .
