Abstract

The inventive torque-transmitting device comprises a flexible flywheel fixable to the end shaft (4) of an engine, in particular for a motor vehicle. Said flywheel comprises an annular load (15) which is fixed to the radially external part (12) of a flexible annular plate (1) whose radially internal part (2) is provided with through holes (7) for screws (8) for fixing to the engine shaft (4) and a lockwasher (5) obtainable by fritting between the annular flexible plate (1) and the heads of the fixing screws (8).
