Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de pulvérisation pour protéger des végétaux, dans lequel les substances actives ne sont pas ajoutées à l'eau dans le réservoir à liquide à pulvériser, mais le réservoir à liquide à pulvériser est utilisé uniquement comme réservoir à eau pure, excepté pour la diffusion d'engrais liquides. Selon l'invention, les substances actives, plusieurs substances pouvant être utilisées simultanément, sont ajoutées à l'eau dans la zone d'aspiration de la pompe à liquide à pulvériser. De plus, des pompes doseuses dérivées de roues à augets sont utilisées, la capacité d'acheminement de ces roues pour être régulée. Un entraînement couplé des pompes à liquide à pulvériser et à augets permet une régulation de pression en agissant sur la capacité d'amenée de la pompe à liquide à pulvériser, sans faire appel à des moyens techniques de flux de retour. Un nouveau procédé de l'invention permet de garantir qu'au début de la pulvérisation, on obtient à la fois la concertation en substances actives souhaitée et la pression souhaitée au niveau des buses. Le dispositif peut être utilisé dans tous les domaines de protection végétale, en agriculture, jardinerie et culture fruitière.
