Abstract

The invention relates to a dental implant (1) for a fixed dental prosthesis, comprising an essentially cylindrical base body (2) that can be implanted in the jaw bone, whereby an implant post (4) can be inserted into the internal bore (3) of the base body, said bore being open at the coronal end. The invention also relates to a corresponding base body and a corresponding implant post. Said implant post (4) has an essentially cylindrical base body section (5), which can be introduced into the internal bore (3) and has a external contour (6), to which a contour of the internal bore (3), (internal bore contour (7)) is adapted. The invention is characterised in that the external contour (6) of the base body section comprises an anti-rotation device (10) that is devoid of edges, said device engaging with the correspondingly configured internal bore contour (7) in a positive fit and/or over its entire surface.
