Abstract
L'invention porte sur un appareil analytique comprenant une pluralité de capteurs à impulsion-oxymétrie (6, 8, 10) disposés de manière à mesurer des signaux pulsatiles à des emplacements respectifs séparés dans le tissu périphérique d'une partie corporelle et des moyens (14, 16) de surveillance des signaux mesurés. L'appareil peut, dès lors, être utilisé pour détecter des anomalies localisées des taux d'oxygénation du sang périphérique, indiquant qu'il existe une lésion tissulaire ou le risque que la lésion apparaisse.An analytical apparatus includes a plurality of pulse-oximetry sensors (6, 8, 10) arranged to measure pulsatile signals at respective separate locations in the peripheral tissue of a body part and means ( 14, 16) for monitoring the measured signals. The device can therefore be used to detect localized abnormalities of peripheral blood oxygenation rates, indicating that there is tissue damage or the risk of the damage appearing.
