Abstract

La tuyère comprend un corps (1) comportant un canal d'écoulement central (2), formé par un concentrateur d'entrée (3), une chambre de dilatation (4) et un diffuseur de sortie (5). Dans le corps de ce dernier on a formé des canaux (8) orientés sous un certain angle par rapport à l'axe longitudinal du canal d'écoulement (2), lesdits canaux communiquant avec la cavité de la chambre de dilatation (4). La tuyère est également munie d'un diffuseur supplémentaire (7) dont le corps (6) est monté sur le corps (1) de la tuyère (1) dans la région du diffuseur de sortie (5). Sa cavité interne communique avec la cavité de la chambre de dilatation (4) au moyen de canaux indiqués ci-dessus (4), formés dans le corps (1) de la tuyère. Grâce à l'évacuation de l'eau de la chambre de dilatation (4) de la tuyère vers la cavité du diffuseur supplémentaire (7), on observe une augmentation du volume et de la masse du jet de cavitation de la torche de travail.
