Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'obtenir un carton double à simple couche présentant une résistance élevée à la rupture. Ce procédé comprend deux systèmes : (1) un système qui sélectionne la fibre extra-longue parmi l'une des deux plantes suivante : la jute ou le pseudo-tronc du bananier ; (2) un appareil, la caisse d'arrivée double, où la fibre extra-longue qui s'écoule dans une solution liquide à travers son pipeline indépendant, se dépose dans l'une des chambres (28) de la caisse d'arrivée multiple, et la fibre courte issue du papier recyclé qui s'écoule dans une solution liquide à travers pipeline séparé se dépose dans la chambre suivante (29) de la même caisse d'arrivée double, où la fibres courte et la fibre extra-longue se mélangent l'une à l'autre. Ce mélange est ensuite atomisé sous forme de solution liquide sur la table plate, où la bande à simple couche commence sa formation.
