Abstract

Für eine sichere Identifizierung von Geräusch- oder Schallsignale erzeugenden Geräuschquellen wird erfindungsgemäß bei einem Verfahren zur Bestimmung eines Geräuschsignals (S) einer Geräuschquelle (10) das Geräuschsignal (S) erfaßt und anhand von Signaleigenschaften analysiert, wobei das Geräuschsignal (S) mit Geräuschmustern (M) verglichen und anhand des Vergleichs einem Geräuschquellentyp (T) zugeordnet wird.
