Abstract

Le dispositif pour agir sur un flux de milieu fluide comprend une pompe destinée à l'alimentation continue d'un flux fluide destinée au traitement, un canal destiné à faire circuler un flux de milieu fluide à traiter, un moyen de formation d'un tourbillon du flux de milieu fluide à traiter dans ce canal et un moyen de dégazage du flux turbulent. Pour réguler la concentration des additifs gazeux dans les milieux fluides turbulents et afin de réduire le risque d'apparition de bouchons de gaz et de chocs dus à la 'super-cavitation', le moyen de dégazage a été disposé directement après le moyen de formation de tourbillons dans le flux; il est en outre muni d'un élément d'obturation et de régulation servant à l'évacuation contrôlée du gaz émis. Pour réguler avec plus de précision la concentration des additifs gazeux, on peut mettre en oeuvre différentes variantes de rétroaction entre le moyen de dégazage et l'entrée de la pompe ou le moyen de formation de tourbillons, ainsi que l'alimentation dosée du gaz dans le canal avant l'entrée dans le moyen de formation de tourbillons.
