本发明的目的是这样实现的: 易拉瓶盖由盖体和拉条组成, 盖体上有两条切 痕, 从瓶盖边缘位于切痕之间的部分延伸出条状物作为拉条, 拉条上有一拉环, 拉条翻转过来紧贴在盖体的外表面。

本发明的积极效果是: (1 )生产工艺简单。 本发明中的拉条与盖体是连为一 体的, 不需铆接工序, 与现有技术中的铆接方式相比制造工艺大为简化。 (2) 降 低成本。 由于工艺简化, 减少了铆接这一道工序, 大大降低了生产成本。 (3)提 高产品质量。 由于工艺的简化, 所带来的重要效果就是使产¾质量的一致性得到 保证, 彻底克服了现有技术方案无法克服的缺陷, 因而本发明具备了商业上的实 用性。 (4) 灌装设备与现有设备兼容。 本发明和现有普通的瓶盖在導装过程中没 有任何区别, 既不需要改变灌装设备, 也不会改变瓶盖的密封效果。
下面结合附图与实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
图 1是拉条被拉开时(使用状态) 的易拉瓶盖的俯视示意图。 图 2A是拉条翻转紧贴盖体上时(成品状态)的易拉瓶盖的俯视示意图, 图 2B 是图 2A的易拉瓶盖的侧向剖.视图, 图 2C是图 2B中的 K向视图。
