Description

ARMARIO DESMONTABLE REMOVABLE CABINET
The present invention relates to a removable cabinet, formed from a series of modules that can be mounted easily and quickly. Currently, the sale of dismantled cabinets is very frequent for the user to mount in their place of definitive use. This practice has the advantage that its cost is reduced, since the user does not have to pay the assembly costs. In addition, the modules in these cabinets are easy to transport because they occupy a small space.
This type of cabinets are composed of a series of modules that define the upper and lower parts of the cabinet, and also the sides and doors of the same. These modules are usually joined by nails or screws, being their considerable number to achieve sufficient rigidity for the cabinet. Although the manufacturers of this type of cabinets try to make assembly as easy and fast as possible, this assembly system has the disadvantage that it is difficult and involves a considerable waste of time.
In addition, this type of cabinets also have the disadvantage that the placement of the different modules between them is sometimes complicated, since a defective placement can have an impact on the assembly not being adequate.
With the cabinet of the invention, the aforementioned drawbacks are resolved, presenting other advantages that will be described. The removable cabinet of the invention is characterized by the fact that the back of the cabinet is formed by a series of modules that are joined together by a plurality of fixing pins that are housed in complementary holes provided in adjacent modules.
Thanks to this feature, it is very convenient and fast to assemble the cabinet, since the pins can easily be inserted into the holes provided for this purpose.
Ventajosamente, dichos módulos que forman la parte posterior del armario definen unos nervios longitudinales que se alojan en canales complementarios previstos en módulos adyacentes, estando dispuestos dichos orificios donde se alojan los pasadores de fijación en dichos nervios longitudinales y en los canales complementarios .Advantageously, said modules that form the back of the cabinet define longitudinal ribs that are housed in complementary channels provided in adjacent modules, said holes being arranged where the fixing pins are housed in said longitudinal ribs and in the complementary channels.
Thanks to the presence of said longitudinal ribs and channels it is very easy to correctly place the modules together, which also means that the assembly time of the cabinet of the invention is reduced.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, said fixing pins have a pair of elastic pins that separate from each other when placed in their fixing position.
Preferably, the modules defining the sides comprise a first U-shaped guide, which incorporates in its interior a series of substantially Ω-shaped profiles provided in its upper part of a hole, and comprising the modules defining the upper part and In the lower part of the cabinet a second U-shaped guide attachable to said first guide, said second guide being provided with a series of complementary holes to the holes of the substantially Ω-shaped profiles, introducing in said complementary holes two fixing elements for fixing the position of the upper and lower parts of the cabinet relative to the sides.
The presence of these guides also facilitates the correct positioning of the modules with each other, further expediting the assembly of the cabinet of the invention.
For the best understanding of what is described herein, some drawings are attached in which, by way of example only, a practical case of embodiment of the cabinet of the invention is represented.
In said drawings, Figure 1 is a perspective view of the interior of the cabinet, in which the upper part and the doors have not been shown for reasons of clarity; Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of the rear part of the enclosure of the invention already assembled, the fixing pins being separated; and Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the junction area of the lower part of the cabinet with one of the sides.
As can be seen in Figure 1, the removable cabinet of the invention is formed by a plurality of modules that are joined together, defining the back part 1, the sides 2 and the bottom part 3, in addition to the top part and the doors, which have not been represented for reasons of clarity, as indicated above.

Para fijar la posición entre sí de los módulosThe first module 4 that forms the bottom of the cabinet of the invention defines a longitudinal rib 6 on one of its sides and a channel 7 on the opposite side. For its part, the second module 5, which also forms the bottom of the closet of the invention, defines on its sides two channels 8 identical to each other and also identical to channel 7 of the first module 4. In turn, the sides of the cabinet 2 also have longitudinal ribs 9 identical to the longitudinal rib of the first module 4 mentioned previously. These channels and longitudinal ribs are complementary so that the longitudinal ribs are introduced into the channels, forming the bottom of the cabinet of the invention. To set the position of the modules with each other
