Abstract
The object at issue refers to a novel and functional model of disposable toilet (1), having a body with hexagonal form (2), to be manufactured, preferably in cardboard and having an absorbing material or 'diaper' (3) pressed and located in the interior of its compartment (4). The double walls (5) allow it to be folded in a 'C' form, in order to lodge the set in the interior of a packaging like a 'bag' (7) and the flaps (8) of the upper part, when folded towards the interior of the toilet (1), serve as support for the baby.
Description
Title: "DISPOSITION APPLIED TO A DISPOSABLE TOILET" DISCLOSURE OF THE MODEL The object at issue refers to a novel and functional model of disposable toilet, having a body with hexagonal form, to be manufactured, preferably in card-board and having an absorbing material or "diaper" pressed and located in the interior of its compartment. The double walls allow it to be folded in a "C" form, in order to lodge the set in the interior of a packaging like a "bag" and the flaps of the upper part, when folded towards the interior of the toilet, serve as support for the baby. This model is destined to allow the use of a toilet seat or place meant for this purpose, to be utilized by small children and babies, mainly during trips and traveling inside vehicles, such as: buses, cars, planes and others, also being disposable and disturbing no one, permitting that the diapers are changed less frequently, besides teaching the babies how to use a toilet. Thus, we avoid many inconveniences, such the constant change of diapers, the lack of a proper place to make this change, the diaper rash problems due to the wet diapers in contact with the skin. Due to these problems, the object at issue has been devised aiming to facilitate as well teaching of children of how to use a toilet. Having a proper shape to support the weight of a small child, even manufactured in card-board, it has an hexagonal structure in order to facilitate its quick positioning, light weight of the set and support of the weight. The flaps are good for the small child to lean on and also as a support for the seat, depending on the size of the small child, giving more safety. This product has been developed in a way that together with its practical usage and its functions, it could also solve many problems of the users in their daily life, being easy to use, since it is a simplified device. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS For a perfect visualization and understanding of the "DISPOSITION APPLIED TO A DISPOSABLE TOILET", at issue, follow the illustractive drawings, where:

8 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE MODEL
9 According to the illustration and in its details, the "DISPOSITION 10 APPLIED TO A DISPOSABLE TOILET" now under discussion, is l i characterized by being constituted by a disposable toilet (1) having a body of
12 card-board in hexagonal shape (2) with a garbage bag or "diaper" (3) lodged
13 inside its compartment (4), provided with double walls (5) which allows it to be
14 folded in a "C" form (6) to lodge the set in the interior of the packaging like a
15 "bag" (7), having also upper flaps (8) which when folded towards the interior of
16 the garbage bin (4A) serve as support to the seat (9) and leaning back (10) for
17 the baby.
18 Evidently, many other models may be devised, with forms, sizes,
19 materials and colors that will vary, however preserving the scope of the present
20 developed idea and object of the present claim.
21 Due to the advantages it offers and for having truly innovative
22 characteristics, the "DISPOSITION APPLIED TO A DISPOSABLE TOILET", it
23 gathers the necessary conditions to deserve the Privilege of Utility Mode.
Claims
CLAIMS 1a) "DISPOSITION APPLIED TO A DISPOSABLE TOILET", characterized by a disposable toilet (1) having the body in card-board in hexagonal form (2) with a garbage bag or "diaper" (3) lodged in the interior of its compartment (4), provided with double walls (5) which allow the folding in a "C" form (6) to lodge the set in the interior of a packaging like a "bag" (7), also having upper flaps (8) which when folded towards the interior of the garbage bin (4A) serve as support for the seat (9) and learning back (10) for the baby.
