Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte au domaine de la métallurgie, et peut être également utilisée dans le domaine des machines-outils, des techniques aéronautiques et spatiales, dans l'industrie de l'automobile, dans la production d'électricité, dans le domaine de la construction, dans l'industrie du gaz et du pétrole ainsi que dans d'autres branches économiques où il est nécessaire d'appliquer des revêtements. Cette invention concerne un dispositif comprenant un corps de type pistolet (1) qui comprend une buse supersonique (3), des raccords d'alimentation en poudre (6) et en gaz de travail (5), une commande à bouton (4), et une chambre de mélange (2) de la poudre et du gaz de travail. La chambre de mélange est connectée aux raccords d'alimentation en gaz de travail (5) et en poudre (6), tandis que la buse supersonique (3) est couplée et communique de manière correspondante avec la chambre de mélange (2). Cette invention permet d'appliquer un revêtement poudreux sur un article de manière mobile, fonctionnelle, qualitative et sur le terrain, y compris dans des situations extrêmes. Ce dispositif permet en outre d'effectuer des opérations de réparation et de rattrapage de qualité dans n'importe quelles conditions, y compris sur le terrain.
