Description

Verbundplatte und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung Composite panel and process for its manufacture
The present invention relates to a composite panel and a method for its production. The composite panel according to the invention can e.g. be used inside and outside of buildings or other facilities.
Die DE-C-38 10 002 betrifft einen Dekorkörper, bei dem in omamentaler Weise Schmuckstücke auf einer Glasplatte angeordnet sind und die Schmucksteine in eine Füllschicht eingebettet sind.DE-C-38 10 002 relates to a decorative body, in which pieces of jewelry are arranged in a fundamental manner on a glass plate and the gemstones are embedded in a filler layer.
Die rückseitige Lage ist dabei insbesondere ein Metallblech, dessen Dicke kleiner oder gleich dem 0,4-fachen der Dicke der Glasscheibe ist und dessen thermische Ausdehnung sich maximal um 3 10"6K"1 von der der Glasscheibe unterscheidet.DE-A-38 18 557 describes a glass composite panel for building claddings, in which a thick glass pane on the visible side is connected over the entire surface to a thinner layer on the rear side by means of a thermoplastic adhesive film. The rear layer is in particular a metal sheet, the thickness of which is less than or equal to 0.4 times the thickness of the glass sheet and whose thermal expansion differs by a maximum of 3 10 "6 K " 1 from that of the glass sheet.
Die DE-A-41 12 097 betrifft einen Verbundwerkstoff aus zwei oder mehr unterschiedlichen Werkstoffen, die in flächiger fester Form insbesondere mittels eines Klebestoffes miteinander verbunden sind, wobei mindestens einer der Werkstoffe aus einem durchscheinenden und mindestens einer der Werkstoffe aus einem klarsichtigen Material besteht und der klarsichtige Werkstoff als Träger für den durchscheinenden Werkstoff dient.DE-A-41 12 097 relates to a composite material made from two or more different materials which are connected to one another in a flat, solid form, in particular by means of an adhesive, at least one of the materials consisting of a translucent material and at least one of the materials consisting of a transparent material and the clear material serves as a carrier for the translucent material.
Die Natursteinelemente sind untereinander beziehungsweise an einem Trägerelement befestigt.DE-U-296 20 551 relates to a natural stone element on at least one thin natural stone plate with a support plate connected to it over a large area. The support plate consists of at least one glass pane which is connected to the natural stone plate by means of a preferably transparent cast resin layer. The Natural stone elements are attached to one another or to a support element.
Superpolyamid, vorgesehen. Nach Erhitzen und Schmelzen der Zwischenschicht werden die Tragplatte und die Glasplatte durch Verpressung miteinander verbunden.DE-GM-1 855 866 describes a cladding or building board with a glass pane attached to the outside. It is a support plate made of rigid, impact-resistant material, an intermediate synthetic resin layer made of strongly shrinking material, e.g. Super polyamide, provided. After the intermediate layer has been heated and melted, the support plate and the glass plate are connected to one another by pressing.
Furthermore, tiles with a so-called glass effect (depth effect) are known in the prior art. This glass effect makes the tile and the surfaces lined with it appear particularly elegant and appealing. To achieve the glass effect, the tile is conventionally covered with a very thick transparent glaze layer and then polished in order to obtain the smoothest possible surface. This glaze consists essentially of ground glass.
However, a major problem with these glass effect tiles is their high manufacturing costs. This is due in particular to the fact that large amounts of glaze have to be used in order to produce a sufficiently thick glaze layer. In addition, the glaze layer must also be polished, which means an additional, time-consuming and expensive step. Furthermore, a high scrap rate occurs during polishing, since considerable pressure has to be exerted, which can lead to the tile breaking. In addition, the necessary thickness of the tile increases impairments, e.g. Blow holes on.
Another disadvantage of the glass effect tiles known from the prior art is that in the glaze layer causing the glass effect only a limited variety of colors, such as imprints or patterns, surface properties or other appealing measures can be achieved, insofar as this is possible at all. The present invention has for its object to provide a composite panel that offers a viewer the glass effect (depth effect) of a conventional tile described above, but does not have the disadvantages known from the prior art. This object is achieved with the features of the claims.
The invention is based on the basic idea that instead of the thick glaze layer known from the prior art, a glass plate is provided on the tile, which is connected to the tile by a connecting means. The connecting means is preferably a plastic film which is provided between the tile and the glass plate. However, other connection and adhesive techniques for connecting the tile to the glass plate are also possible within the scope of the invention.
The glass effect composite panel according to the invention thus has the advantage over the prior art in particular that it can be manufactured considerably more cost-effectively because, for example, the glaze cannot be polished. In addition, almost any print, color sample and surface texture can be easily, e.g. between the glass plate and the top of the tiles. Furthermore, the composite panel according to the invention has the advantage over the conventional glass effect tiles that, like composite glass panes, they can break, but the individual fragments do not fall off since they are connected to the film. Furthermore, the composite panel according to the invention can be made in any size and shape, as is not possible in the prior art due to the thick glaze layer.
Es zeigt:The present invention is described below using a preferred embodiment with reference to the drawing by way of example. It shows:
Fig. 1 den Aufbau einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbundplatte. Die Dicke dF der Keramikfliese beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 3 und 7 mm.Fig. 1 shows the structure of a composite panel according to the invention. The composite panel 2 according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 essentially consists of a tile 4, a plastic film 6 provided as a connecting means and a glass panel 8. The tile 4 is preferably a conventional ceramic tile with a conventional glaze. The thickness d F of the ceramic tile is preferably between 3 and 7 mm.
The glass plate 8 can be any type of glass, including acrylic glass, as far as it can serve as a transparent layer on the tile. The thickness d G of the glass plate is, for example, in a range between 1.0 and 7.0 mm, preferably between 2.0 and 4.0 mm.
The plastic film 6 provided between the tile 4 and the glass plate 8 preferably serves as a connecting means. Such films are known, for example, from laminated or safety glass panes. In principle, all foils 6, which can provide a sufficient connection between the tile 4 and the glass plate 8, can be used for the composite plate 2 according to the invention. Suitable films consist, for example, of thermoplastic plastic, as described in DE-C-32 05 806. Another suitable film is known for example from DE-A-42 31 199 and consists of a thermosetting resin.
However, the connection between the tile and the glass plate 8 can also be made, for example, by gluing; In particular, this can be advantageous if the adhesive introduced between the tile 4 and the glass plate 8 forms a kind of film or sheet in the dried-out or hardened state, which is able to hold a broken glass plate or parts thereof together.
The composite panel 2 according to the invention can be produced in any shape so that it can be used for a variety of purposes. The tile 4 can have a surface 10 which is appealing due to known glazing and / or printing techniques and which is visible through the film 6 and the glass plate 8. Such an attractive surface 10 is, for example, a (color) pattern, a any color, font, structure, introduced particles and the like. The surface 10 of the tile 4 can also be ground and / or polished.
Kleber oder Schrauben, an einem Untergrund befestigbar sein.if the tile 4 is a ceramic tile, it preferably has earthenware, stoneware or porcelain stoneware. In any case, regardless of its material and structure, the tile should be secured using conventional fasteners such as Glue or screws, can be attached to a surface.
The glass plate 8 of the composite plate 2 according to the invention can have different thicknesses de; for example, it can be thinner at the edges or corners than in a central area. The glass plate 8 can also be tinted uniformly or in different colors and / or colored through. The use of a glass plate 8, which is produced by fusing different types of glass (Tiffany glass fusing), can also be used for the composite plate 2 according to the invention. Gas and air bubbles 12 and / or other materials 14 enclosed and / or melted in the glass plate 8, such as e.g. Metal particles, stones or other solids can also be provided in the glass plate 8. These inclusions 12 and 14 can be provided in the glass plate 8 both regularly and irregularly. The glass plate 8 can furthermore have, on one of its surfaces 16 or 18 or on both surfaces 16 and 18, a vapor-deposited, printed and / or etched coating and / or a sand-blasted region 20 or can be made entirely in this way. The glass plate 8 can also be matt and / or tarnished. In addition, it is possible to use a glass plate 8 which is selected with regard to special properties or uses, e.g. is hardened or annealed.
In principle, a method similar to the method for producing laminated and safety glass and related devices can preferably be used to produce the composite panel 2 according to the invention. Examples of processes and devices for producing laminated glass panes are known, for example, from DE-C-25 31 501 or DE-A-33 39 320. A method for producing the composite panel according to the invention comprises, for example, the steps of positioning the tile 4, providing a connecting means, for example laying out the film 6, positioning the glass panel 8 on the tile 4, pressing the heated panels together, preferably by means of rollers, and removing excess connecting agent residues. If the connecting means is a plastic film 4, the superimposed elements are preferably heated before pressing. In addition, venting should preferably be carried out in a pressure vessel during the manufacturing process.
The tile 4 and the glass plate 8 are preferably made available to the manufacturing process as prefabricated elements, so that the connection of the tile 4 to the glass plate 8 can take place independently of the configuration of the respective individual elements. However, it is also possible to use a combined manufacturing device or a combined manufacturing method.
