Abstract

The invention finds application as security means in the mounting of scaffolds for the construction industry, particularly in the mounting of handrails. These handrails are the first component to be installed at the upper level, the mounting being carried out from the level where the operator is situated so that when the latter goes up to complete the scaffold he founds a security handrail already mounted. The prior handrail is assembled, elevated and mounted with the help of an auxiliary part or handrail foot to which are connected the horizontal bars, said auxiliary part being fixed by means of appropriate means to the structure frames of the scaffold.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention consists of a new procedure for mounting the railings on the scaffolding used in the construction sector, making the first element that is mounted on each floor of the scaffold to be precisely the railing, so that this safety measure is present during all phases of scaffolding assembly.
The invention provides the advantage over known systems, of greater comfort in carrying out the task of assembling the safety railing, while being able to shape it from a very simple piece, usable in variable number and in combination with the own scaffolding system bars.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the construction sector, one of the most important aspects to take into account is that of workers' safety, since due to the conditions under which these jobs must be performed, this work activity becomes a potentially dangerous task. in which serious accidents can occur.
In this sense, scaffolding is a fundamental work tool in construction, in which safety measures must be taken, by heights so high that they can reach and because they are in them from where much of the work takes place.
For this, accident prevention measures are taken, such as the harnesses that secure the worker to the structure of the roads, and the railings that prevent the worker from falling into a vacuum from the work platform.
However, during the assembly of the scaffolding there are moments of unprotection, when the operator accesses the upper platform to complete the assembly of that level, where the fixed protection railing has not yet been installed, with which he performs his work during A time without this protection.
To alleviate this deficiency, an element known as "French railing", which can be incorporated into the scaffold, is now known, which constitutes an ideal solution, since said "French railing" is mounted on the upper floor before mounting the rest of the elements that make up the structure. , that is, before the operators begin assembling the scaffolding at that level.
However, this "French railing" system, which functionally provides excellent results, presents problems derived from its own dimension, since being a piece of considerable size, which is integrated into the scaffold as part of its structure, it requires its handling and assembly, at least, two operators.
To the aforementioned problem, those of the transport of the aforementioned pieces and their transport must be added storage, both in the transport phase from warehouse to work site, as well as its location to work site, consequence, as indicated above, of its considerable size.
In fact, with the "French railing" being a good solution as far as safety is concerned, its use is not very widespread because there is a certain rejection of the negative aspects derived from the aforementioned problem.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The new procedure for assembling safety railings on scaffolding, has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problem, since it greatly simplifies the operation of placing the previous or provisional safety railing from the lower platform, and can be performed by a single operator.
At the same time, the previous safety railing conforms to the scaffolding bars themselves and a piece that constitutes the soul of the system, an auxiliary piece that from now on will be called indistinctly railing foot, which serves to assemble the railing, raise it to the immediately upper floor and fix it or fasten it to the frames that are part of the scaffolding structure, all this before the rest of the elements that constitute the scaffolding are mounted on that level or floor of the scaffold.
The auxiliary piece or foot of railing has means, identical to those of the scaffolding itself, to fix the horizontal bars, as well as means for fixing the reinforced safety railing to the frames of the scaffolding
The auxiliary part or railing foot takes the form of a very open angle such that the first section incorporates the means for fixing the frame, which, once the auxiliary part is mounted on the frame, is divergent with respect to the frame , to extend parallel to it from a practically central point. The divergent section incorporates the means for fixing the auxiliary part or railing foot to the frame, while the parallel section incorporates the means for fixing the bars.
The assembly of the railing is carried out from the platform of a lower level on a provisional basis, making this the first component mounted on the immediately higher level.
The assembly of the previous safety railing or provisional safety railing begins with the gradual assembly of the same, for which the bars are joined to a first auxiliary element or railing foot, by means of conventional hooking systems and typical of the system of scaffold. This auxiliary foot with the bars fastened by one of its ends is lifted and then fixed to the corresponding frame of the scaffold, for which it is equipped with a central hook and an end plate that is inserted into two receiving lugs provided in the frame. Next, the bars are joined at the other end to a new auxiliary piece or railing foot to which, in turn, joins another set of bars that will be part of the next section of safety railing. The second auxiliary part is raised and attached to the corresponding frame, similar to the first, being the first section of railing. This maneuver is repeated as many times as the railing length required by the scaffold requires.
Once the safety railing is mounted, the rest of the elements that form the scaffold are installed on that level or floor, such as platforms, baseboards, horizontal bars, diagonal bars (if necessary), side rails, etc. The bars themselves that have been part of the provisional railing remain at that level forming the fixed protection railing, that is, they remain at that level as structural elements of the scaffolding itself. Obviously, with the auxiliary parts or feet of rails recovered, the assembly of a new safety railing can be started for the next floor.
Los medios convencionales a los que se ha hecho alusión para la unión de las piezas auxiliares a las barras para armar la barandilla, consisten en vastagos solidarios a las piezas auxiliaresThe conventional means to which reference has been made for the attachment of the auxiliary parts to the bars to assemble the railing, consist of shafts integral with the auxiliary parts.

REALIZACIÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCIÓNPREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The auxiliary part or railing foot (1) has been represented in detail in Figure 7, where it is appreciated that it is constituted by a preferably square tubular bar, which disposes at a higher level of the conventional means of fixing (6) of the bars (two) . At a lower level it is fixed by welding the fasteners to the frame (3), consisting of the upper hook (7) and the lower plate (8), which can be inserted into two lugs (9) and (10) of said frame.
The upper hook (7) also consists of a "U" profile, capable of being inserted in the upper lug (9), while the lower plate (8), close to the lower end of the auxiliary part or railing foot (1 ), comes from a "U" profile arranged in such a way that it borders laterally the front bar of the frame (3) and whose plate is intended to be inserted into the lower lug (10).
By means of both fixations, the auxiliary part (1) is held on the scaffold, preventing its movement in all directions, except upwards.
En la unión intervienen los medios convencionales (6) .To form the previous safety railing, as shown in figure 1, the operator fixes the bars (2) by one of its ends to the auxiliary part (1) leaving the other ends free. Conventional means are involved in the union (6).
As can be seen in figure 2, the first auxiliary part or railing foot (1) is partially raised and fixed to the frame (3) by means of the hook (7) and plate (8) that fit into the respective lugs (9) and (10) of the framework (3). Next, the ends of the bars that were left free join a second auxiliary piece or railing foot (1 ') that also receives another new set of bars (2'). In the next step, represented in figure 3, it is to raise the railing, raising the second auxiliary piece or railing foot (1 ") and fixing it in an equivalent way to the first in the corresponding frame, which will have completed the first section of railing and partially assembled the second section, which will be formed once joined by its free end the bars (2 ') to another auxiliary piece (1''), as illustrated in Figure 5.
This assembly process is repeated as many times as necessary to form the sections of railing bars required by the front of the facade covered by the scaffolding.
As illustrated in Figure 5, once the provisional assembly of the previous or provisional safety railing is finished, the rest of the elements are assembled, such as the frames (3), the side rails (4), the skirting boards ( 5), platforms (11), etc. In this phase of the assembly and to enable the coupling of the frames (3), each auxiliary piece or railing foot (1) has its inclined lower section as shown in Figure 7, so that the rest of the foot (1 ) and the railing bars (2), are in a plane more frontal than the frame (3), so that the upper side frame can be telescopically coupled.
Subsequently, the bars of the railings (2) and (2 ') are removed from their fixations on the feet (1), to fix them on the side frames (3) of the scaffolding, becoming these part of the structure and forming the railing of definitive security.
