Abstract

The invention finds application as security means in the mounting of scaffolds for the construction industry, particularly in the mounting of handrails. These handrails are the first component to be installed at the upper level, the mounting being carried out from the level where the operator is situated so that when the latter goes up to complete the scaffold he founds a security handrail already mounted.
