Abstract
The invention concerns a discharge system for knitted articles, particularly socks, for production machines and textile systems, to be applied at the end of the cycle work of the machine. It has in its inside a machine-member or valve used to control air flow used to discharge the sock in the planned moment. This system has also a disposition for the discharge of the remaining air directly applied on the suction tube (8). Thanks to its structure, it could be used to improve the work of the bell (1), and in the same time it reduces the expenses for the production.

DESCRIPTION
«DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR KNITTED HANDMADE TO APPLY IN A
MACHINE OR TEXTILE SYSTEM, WITH A MACHINE-MEMBER, OR
VALVE, USED TO CONTROL AIR LOW INSIDE ITSELF». Technical Field
This invention regards a system (or bell) for knitted handmade discharging, particularly socks, or other knitted goods; it has in its inside a disposition, (or valve) used to collect one or many tubes (for air suction, for anti-twist, etc.), it is made with an handling system of the valve and a discharging system for the air at the end of the working cycle, it is applied directly on the connection system for air suction, which is produced by a turbine or electric fan for suction-discharging air, included in the machine or/and central system. The textile microprocessor can consider the quality of every single product, the bell is made (if requested) , with an additional or differentiated for rejects of working or defective socks. At present, won know are systems or bell completely close made with only a tube for connection with the bell itself and on external valve which makes the function to close and open the suction air tube (and eventually the anti-twist or similar) , these valve
are made with systems or air discharging with the special vertical heed. The system extend bell-valve has problems of space and expensive, and its work is not so good because of the valve which is a separate part from the bell, not so easy to regulate, so that to avoid problems of work at the machine, are made on the bell special instruments (c.d. "stop") which verity the lack of air revealed air presence- those systems are necessary for the imperfect function of the valve or accidental causes which can determinate air losses or bad regulation of the air flow inside tubes.
It is known a particular disposition (International patents 537266, 538758, 540791) which makes the valve function, made inside the air tube. But also this disposition is even if inside the air tube, at the external of the bell, with all the problems gust described. Besides this disposition is not so different in its structure from the cannon valve and it doesn't give good results, in this way it is applied a traditional external valve in adjunction at the other and the tube. Disclosure of invention The primary aim of this invention is to avoid the problems just explain and to give a system, or bell, for handmade discharging, particularly socks; it is
made with a system, or valve, which connects one or more tubes, one of these tubes used for air suction, with a suitable system for air discharging at the end of work cycle. We obtained this result, in accordance with the invention, taking the technical solution to make a system for hand made discharging which have the characteristics above describe. Other characteristics are object of claims.
The advantage of this invention are basic these: it is possible to have inside the system the tube for sacks discharging and the valve to connect different tubes (for air suction anti twist, etc.), which avoids the external overall dimensions of the separate valve; the production expansive one how because the system is made which a little number of pieces and material; the system of function is easier and in this may it is difficult to break and deteriorate; the assembly of the system could be regulate because it is completely at sight, all problems of connection or bad function give by external construction and assembly are avoid; the control of tubes connection is directly inside the bell with less possibility of bad function; the air discharging, at the end, is directly on the tube connection for a suction by a «stop» system which makes a double function to control the lack of air
and to discharge the air which remains at the end of the work. The movement of the system, or valve, is very easy thanks to rotation round about a vertical pin, without the necessity of particular goons or mechanisms; the bell could be made, if requested, with an additional discharging, way for work reject and for defected sacks.
All these vantages and characteristics could be better consider by on expert and from the order description with the help of pictures.
Reducing this system at the essential structure, referring to the figure and pictures, a system for hand made discharging with a machine-member or valve to regulate the air flow inside the system itself, include:
- pieces included in machine-member (14), or bell, where machine-member or valve works (2) for air flow regulation, with a form which is correspondingly with the machine-member or valve which work around in its inside to open and close or connect the tubes one with the others inside the bell,
- system (2) to open and close one or more tubes (8) (9), with a machine-member or valve (2) which rounds inside the protuberance (3), it opens and closes one a more conducts, it regulates air flow inside the machine-member so that it can discharge the handmade
in the right moment;
- systems (4) for machine-member rotation; with a start system (4) which makes moved it.
- systems (8) (9) to connect directly the system, or bell of suction tube for air (8) and eventually for be applied on other conduct (9), one or more (8) (9);
- systems (7) to make air discharging at the end, open the bell with a system (c.d. "stop") directly applied on the tube for air suction (8), which is opened by machine-member rotation (2), in this way the remaining air is discharged.
In advantage, the protuberance (14) takes a different from following the form of the machine-member or valve, which could be half spherical (2) or semi- cylindrical (13) or any other forms which. Can make a rotation inside the protuberance, to open or close one or more tubes for air regulation. In advantage the start system (4) for machine-member or valve movement, is made by a pitch starter, or mechanical system or other type correct for the movement itself, synchronised with machine programmatic. In advantage, the air discharging is mode by a system (c.d. "stop") (7) put directly on the tube for air suction, this system has the function to discharge the air inside the system, so that it is possible to stop automatically the machine at the end of work
cycle .
In advantage c.d. "stop" is opened by valve rotation with a first horizontal bar (5) which opened a second vertical bar (6) with the stop (7), it doesn't exclude similar system for air discharging. The function of the system describe is the following. In advantage the microprocessor of textile machine can check the quantity of every single article, which is produced. The bell could be make with an additional way of discharging automatically and differentiated for handmade discharge and defected socks. The tube (8) is connected with air circuit suction: when it is opened the air comes inside the bell and the suction lets the sack falling from the tube (11) on the support (15) . In the same time a start system (4) makes the machine-member rotated (2) which closed the light of suction (8), and in the same time opened the air discharging c.d. "stop" (7) to aid air discharging and avoid superheating of motors which are connected with the system. The weight of the socks on the support makes it open and fall. At the end of this first cycle, the start system (4) provided to open the air suction tube (8) and close the support (15) stop (7) is tree from mechanical bar movement (5) (6), and another work cycle can start.
The invention is described only with one of its
innumerable function. It is not excluded that it could be change or modify following industrial or commercial necessity all without change its limits. Brief description of drawings - Figure 1, Table 1/3, shows the invention (1) in profile, in evidence machine-member or valve (2), the pm (3) moved by the special system (4); it is at sight the bar (5) which moves the bar with machine- member s rotation, (6), of the stop (7), which opens on opening for air discharging put on the tube (8) for air suction. The machine-member (2) connects, open/close, other tubes (9); we can see the tube (10) which connects the bell with the machine, the entry (11) of the sack, the complete performed inside (2) which derides the zone where the sack goes through and the other space, the body (14) where are inside the machine-member the valve, the flat (15) where sack stop before external discharging.

In fact, the construction details can be replaced by equivalent parts which may vary m form, dimensions, position of the elements, type of material used, and will nevertheless still be included in the range of this idea of solution adopted and in the protected range granted by this patent for industrial inventions .
Claims
CLAIMS 1) Discharging system for knitted hard made m general particularly socks or other socking articles, to apply m machines or textile system, for knitwear or sock manufacturer, with a machine-member or valve to regulate air flow mside the system it self, which comprises :
- system (14) or bell where the machine-member or valve (2) works, to regulate air flow, with a protuberance with a form equal at the valve which rounded inside opening and closing and connected one with the other or inside the bell one or more tubes following section exigencies;
- system (2) which open one or more tubes (8) (9) with a machine-member or valve (2) which rounded inside the protuberance around its axle (3) opening and closing one or more conducts which regulated the air flow mside the system se that the discharging oi the handmade can be au the planning moment; - system (4) for machine-member rotation, witch start system which makes moved it (4);
- system (8) (9) to connect directly on disposition, or bell, the air suction tube (8) and other tubes (9) with one (8) or more connection (9); - system (7) for air discharging at the end, with an apparatus (c.d. stop) applied directly on the attach
of the air suction tube (8) , opened by round movement of machine-member (2) by a special opening system: - eventually system for automatical and different discharging of discards of handmade work or/and defected socks, with an additional way on the bell made for this purpose;
2) Invention at claims 1 characterised by a machine- member or valve, which ca assume any form, half spherical (2), semi-cylindrical (13), or other forms, to favourite the rotation of the machine-member inside the protuberance (14).
3) Invention at claims 1,2, characterised by a machine-member (2) which moved with a special start system (4) which could be electric, mechanical or other type, whicn rounded on its axle (3) making a rotation which makes open and close one or more tubes .
4) Invention for knitted handmade discharging particularly socks and sock manufacture, with a discharging air system by a special apparatus, c.d. "stop" (7) applied directly on the tube, on the clutch of the tube (8) which is opened at the end of discharging cycle of knitted hand made, which permitted the flow of the remaining air. 5) Invention which has in claims 4 c.d. "stop" characteristic (7) of which sub 4 has the function of
discharging system reading the air presence mside and stopping the machine at the end of cycle of work sending a message at textile machine where it is connected by a special circuit; 6) Invention where in claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, is characterised by c.d. stop (7) stops by the bell with a special spring or similar (6/A) which is opened by the action on the vertical bar (6) which is attached with it; by an horizontal bar (5) which mores harmony with the machine-member (2) with a special start system ( ) ;
7) Invention according to claims 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, characterised by all the features as per claims and as described and shown m the tables enclosed.
