Abstract
Cette invention concerne un procédé de traitement par compression de matériaux. Ce procédé consiste à disposer des ébauches sur un support qui est capable d'effectuer des rotations déterminées, limitées et alternantes dans une direction similaire à celle dans laquelle un poinçon fait tourner lesdites ébauches. On procédé tout d'abord à la formation d'une cambrure d'extrémité sur le support d'une chambre sphérique. Ensuite, tout en conservant un contact statique des extrémités des ébauches avec le poinçon et le support, on exerce une force de compression sur l'extrémité de l'ébauche se trouvant du côté du poinçon. On applique simultanément côté support des impulsions de choc d'une intensité variable et dont la fréquence augmente jusqu'à ce que l'on atteigne la fréquence de résonance. L'action d'auto-résonance de ces impulsions est ensutie maintenue pendant toute la durée du processus. Afin d'être mis en /uvre, ce dispositif comprend un support planétaire de fluctuation et de déformation, dont la cavité interne renferme un résonateur gravitationnel creux baignant dans un fluide. Ce dispositif est également équipé d'un système de relâchement des tensions élastiques.
