Abstract

Collapsible covered structure for making shelters for various uses, such as festival tents, exhibition or conference halls, warehouses, covered stadiums, cloakrooms and covered markets, said structure comprising: a structural framework including a plurality of spaced arches (6), each formed of two posts or masts (7) rigidly joined, at their upper portion, by a cross-beam or yard (8), and an awning (12) dimensioned so as to be received within the space defined by said vertical elements (7) of the structural framework (6), and provided with means for suspending said awning to the upper portion of said framework (6), as well as for attaching it to the lower portion thereof.
