Abstract

This invention relates to men's underpants which separates upper part of cover (3) from front side (21), attaches elastic band (22) to upper part of cover (3), fixes its ends to upper part of inner pants (2), installs long band (8) on above part of hole (7), forms band loop with long band (8) to be connected to band adhibiting part (811) by applying velcro tape through fixing knot, and connects outer pants (1) to outside of inner pants (2), in addition to my previous inventions which had hole (7) in front side (21) of inner pants (2), attached band (8) to above part of hole (7), and installed cover (3) with rubbing cloth in front of hole (7).

Field of the invention

The present invention relates to modification of men's underpants which was registered to the Korea Industrial Property Office under the number of Utility Model 19135 & 19921, and to the United States Patent Office under the number of PAT. 43-^*5337, and was filed in Utility Mo¬ del 3699 in 1989 to the Korea Industrial Property Office.

Background of the invention

The previous invention provided eminent effects for the promotion of men's hygien and health by seperating test¬ icle and penis from body respectively.

But these inventions were apt to make wearers feel some disgust on account of defectiveness arisen by the stitc- hing line of rubbing cloth.

Therefore, sports panty combined with underpants and sports pants was devised to hide this stitching line of rubbing cloth( Utility Model No. 35763 & its Not. No. 87-2169 applied by Chung Seun Yung). As a matter of fact, this sports panty was found not to be adequate for men's underpants even though it did not have any problem for the usage of sports panty. The inconvenience for easing nature was pointed out as common defect related to this panty. Eventually, this invention can not help modifying prev¬ ious inventions to provide convenience for easing nature by applying removable cover attached another elastic ba¬ nd upward. Also this invention relates to revision of Utility Model File No. 3699 (Not. No. 91-9488) which was describing adjustment method of band loop size installed for the purpose of seperating penis from testicle. Previous inventions adopted magnetic metal or snap butt- on for the adjustment of band loop size.

But this method was found as unappropriate one. Therefore, this invention is devised to apply long band for free adjustment of band loop through fixing knot. This invention is explained as follows as per figures attached.

Disclosure of the invention

Regarding previous inventions, hole(7) of inner pants(2) was formed on its front side(21), band was positioned on upper part of hole(7), and cover(3) with rubbing cloth (6) was installed in front of hole(7) and band(8). So previous inventions are fixed type which was made im- possible to seperate cover(3) from upper part of front side(21 ) .

But this invention is removable type which seperates up¬ per part of cover(3) from front side(21) of inner pants (2), installs another elastic band(22) to upper part of cover(3) to avoid its slipping down, and fixes both ends of elastic band(22) to both points of upper part of fro¬ nt side(21 ) .

Regarding formation of band loop on above part of hole (7), this invention shows to form band loop with long band(8), to put one end of band(8) on above part of hole(7) of front side(21), to install fixing knot betw¬ een band adhibiting part(811 ) and hole(7) , and to form band loop through fixing knot. Velcro tape is to be applied on upper part(8l ) of band(8 and band adhibiting part(811) respectively as a method of adhesion.

Outer above part of cover(3) and upper rear part(21) of inner pants(2) are to be sewn together to outer pants(1). In case of connecting to outer pants, rear part(22) of inner pants(2) may be unnecessary, and front side(21) of inner pants(2) is to be connected by sewing. As of these compositions, this invention makes upper pa¬ rt of cover(3) seperate from upper part of inner pants(2 , and let cover be set down easily for easing nature. Therefore, this invention provides convenience to ease nature from three direction of right, left, and upside of pants, and also eliminates any trouble occured from the habit of easing nature. Moreover, this invention shows easy adjustment of band loop size in accordance with individual penis size.
