Abstract

A closure device has at least one support material and at least two cooperating closure elements. When one support material is used, the closure elements are arranged on the same or on different sides of the support material. When two support materials are used, these are provided on one side with closure elements of the same or different types. When three support materials are used, two support materials are provided on one side with closure elements of a first type, whereas the third support material is provided on both sides with closure elements of a second type, or two support materials are provided on one side with closure elements of different types, whereas the third support material is provided on both sides with closure elements of different types. The two types of cooperating closure elements can be a tufted surface and a hook surface of a hook and loop type fastener, a stud and socket of a snap fastener, buttons and corresponding button holes or sliding clasp elements. The closure device can also be designed as an adhesive fastener. The closure elements, in particular in the case of a hook and loop closure, can be continuously or discountinuously applied on one, two or several support materials. Press-studs, buttons and button holes can be permanently bound to the support materials by heat application.

The invention relates to closure devices which comprises at least one Ti α material and at least two interacting closure elements.

Closure devices of the type mentioned are well known. You will e.g. widely used in the form of Velcro, slide or adhesive closures. In the case of items of clothing, bed linen or the like, the closure elements are, as is known, often also designed as a button or push button.

The object of the present invention is to further develop known locking devices with regard to a wide range of possible uses.

This object is achieved in that when using a carrier material, the closure elements are arranged on the same or different sides of this carrier material.

When using two carrier materials, the carrier materials are provided on one side with closure elements of the same or different type. When using three carrier materials, two carrier materials are provided on one side with closure elements of the one type, while the third carrier material is provided on both sides with closure elements of the second type, or two carrier materials provided on one side with closure elements of different types, while the third carrier material is provided on both sides with closure elements of different types. Depending on the application, at least one type of closure element can expediently be attached continuously or discontinuously to the carrier material. In preferred embodiments, at least one type of closure element has at least one adhesive surface.

In a special embodiment, a carrier material is adhesive on one side, in particular self-adhesive, and the other carrier material is designed on at least one side, in particular adhesive or self-adhesive. An advantageous embodiment is characterized in that the two types of interacting closure elements consist of Velcro fastener fleece surface and Velcro fastener hook surface. Advantageously, two backing materials are each covered on one side with Velcro fastener fleece surface, and another backing material is covered on both sides with Velcro fastener hook surface. In an advantageous embodiment, the two types of interacting closure elements consist of a push button head and a push button recess. The push buttons expediently have a base part made of plastic, with which they are welded onto the carrier material. In the case of items of clothing in particular, the two types of interacting closure elements can advantageously consist of buttons with firmly attached stems and corresponding buttonholes, the stems of the buttons being unl / or the buttonholes being welded to the carrier material.

In a preferred embodiment, the closure device is designed as a buckle and / or as a luggage strap. The closure device can advantageously be designed such that it can also be locked and / or "sealed". An advantageous embodiment is characterized in that at least one carrier material is at the same time carrier material of a further closure device, in which the carrier material of the closure element of the other type interacting therewith (the further closure device) is a container.

According to the invention buttons, buttonholes, eyelets and other shapes as well as push buttons (both types of fastener elements) can be attached to the carrier material by heat (e.g. by
