  • the conductor then enters the next successive core at the same side that it exited the adjacent core and crosses transversely through the bore exiting the bore at the same side that it entered the adjacent core.
  • the pattern is repeated for the remaining successive cores. It can be seen that a second conductor will have little room in the bore to pass since the first conductor crosses the center of the bore tending to block the bore opening.

Abstract

Une structure compacte intégrée (80) permettant de loger un transformateur magnétique et des composants associés électriques et magnétiques pour obtenir une densité de puissance élevée, une dissipation thermique distribuée et un placement des composants et des bornes optimal pour un fonctionnement à haute fréquence comprend un corps de châssis (82) ayant une base (98) et des parois latérales (84, 86), dans lequel les composants de commutation à semi-conducteur peuvent être montés au voisinage des éléments magnétiques pour réduire au minimum les longueurs des conducteurs. Le châssis comprend en outre plusieurs tenons (122) de dissipation thermique agencés pour monter des composants à semi-conducteur de redressement (128) au voisinage des éléments magnétiques et de manière à servir de dissipateur thermique de manière à éliminer les points chauds localisés et distribuer sensiblement uniformément la chaleur au travers du châssis. Les bornes (130, 132, 134) de connexion aux semi-conducteurs et aux éléments de circuits magnétiques sont placées de manière optimale pour un fonctionnement à haute fréquence.
