Abstract

Rotating, radially impacting rollers, balls or similar for compacting, drilling, excavating, and milling of rocks or other materials, have hewing picks, disks or similar, are internally activated, rotatably mounted and rotate slowly. Activation is effected in different embodiments by high-speed eccentrics or sleeves or by radially or linearly striking protuberances, preferably in combination. During hewing, the rollers, balls or similar are driven at a low rotational speed.

Description

Rotierende radial schlagende Walzen, Kugein oder dgl. zum Abtragen/Fräsen von Gestein oder sonstigen Materialien Rotating radial impacting rollers, balls or the like for the removal / milling of rock or other materials
System- und ZeichnunpsbeschreibungSystem and drawing description
There are various systems for activated compaction, drilling, ablation, milling, peeling and the like of rock, concrete, asphalt or other minerals. The systems according to the invention have the advantage that their activation means that they require at least 50% less drive, pressure and propulsion - in one version with optimal balancing they even run absolutely free of vibrations - require considerably lighter machines, experience has shown that they can process any type of rock and hardness can and also work at comparatively high speeds - designed as rollers are particularly suitable for removing road surfaces - and in spherical form particularly suitable for so-called partial cut / boom machines; - Separate protection is requested for both applications - but especially for the extremely compact construction / combination according to the invention, which on the other hand also enables a particularly wide working surface. - The rollers, balls or the like receive their impact effect via eccentrics and / or unbalances of a driven high-speed crankshaft or sleeve, e.g. at 4,000 rpm = 4,000 beats / min with an amplitude of e.g. 5 mm. The roller that rotates on the crankshaft or eccentric sleeve and has two bearings on the outside, e.g. 400 mm diameter can be driven separately - e.g. at 100 rpm - via chain, V-belt, gear wheels or the like; but also rotate without drive e.g. Discs with rollers slowly reverse to the direction of rotation of the eccentric shaft or sleeve. Counterweights for balancing can be readjusted - preferably from the outside.
In a preferred embodiment according to the invention, two high-speed, synchronously driven imbalances which are offset in opposite directions and run against one another in the interior of the rotating rollers / balls and which are powerful Generate linear impact, which in particular increases the speed of advance in hard rock and significantly reduces the necessary pressure forces.
In FIGS. 1 and 2, which are only shown schematically, FIG. 1 shows the removal roller -1- provided with picks or the like, which rotates only slowly due to a drive which is not shown in this figure and belongs to the prior art; -2- is a high-speed crankshaft, -3- is e.g. adjustable counterweight for balancing by loosening a clamping screw and turning it on the shaft; -4- are the external bearings on the crankshaft and in the holders; -5- are the brackets and the crankshaft is driven via -6-.
In Figure 2 -7- is a removal tool designed as a ball - activation, drive etc take place according to Figure 1. -8- is a special type of unbalance, which can generate an additional stroke in any position for eccentric activation; - separate protection is requested for this.
In Figure 3 -9- the actual tool - shown as a roller - is also suitable, among other things, for compacting soil, etc. - special protection is requested for this - according to the invention, however, this roller is preferably provided with any tools - including disks, disks, picks or the like; it is rotatably supported on an eccentric sleeve -11- using the bearings -10-; this fast-running eccentric sleeve is either from the fast-running neden via the drive -12- shown in dashed lines. Unbalanced shaft -13- rotated or alternatively via gear drive -14-; here the motor drive takes place via the shaft -15- and not via -13-. With this type of construction one of a few possibilities for realizing the system according to the invention, the second drive takes place on the other outside of the roller, ball or Like. About the drive shaft -16-. which is synchronously offset by 180 ° to the unbalance -13- but driven in opposite directions in order to produce a linearly directed additional massive stroke. -17- is an inner ring gear arranged on the roller or the like, which runs eccentrically on a stationary outer ring gear which is smaller in amplitude - and thus the roller -9- is set down in slow revolutions in relation to the snowing eccentric sleeve -11-. To be able to adjust the linear stroke over 360 ° as desired - this requires separate protection - ie to offset the unbalance of the shafts -13- and -16- so that any direction of stroke can be set. A journal -19- with bearings is provided to stabilize and guide the counterbalance unbalanced shafts.
Figure 4 corresponds essentially to Figure 3 - but has the advantage of a one-sided drive. To reverse the direction of rotation, 2 disk and bevel gears are provided in the embodiment shown -20- and -21-. The slow-running roller or the like is preferably driven again via the gear pair -22-; Both high-speed imbalance shafts and the eccentric sleeve are driven on one side and / via shaft -23- and gear pairs -24- and -25-. The holding arms or the like. -26- are buffered radially or linearly, suspended in a spring-loaded manner on the machine frame or the like during the oscillating work according to FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 - so that they can be moved by the size of the respective amplitudes.
