Die erfindungsgemäßen Systeme haben den Vorteil, daß sie durch ihre Aktivierung einen um wenigstens 50 % geringeren Antriebs-, Andruck- und Vortriebsbedarf haben - in einer Version bei optimaler Auswuchtung sogar absolut schwingungsfrei laufen - wesentlich leichtere Maschinen erfordern, erfahrungsgemäß jegliche Gesteinsarten und -härten bearbeiten können und noch dazu mit vergleichsweise hohen Geschwindigkeiten arbeiten - als Walzen ausgebildet speziell geeignet sind zum Abtragen von Straßendecken - und in Kugelform besonders geeignet für sogenannte Teilschnitt- / Auslegermaschinen; - für beide Anwendungen wird gesonderter Schutz beantragt - insbesondere aber für die erfindungsgemäße extrem kompakte Konstruktion / Kombination, die andererseits aber auch eine besonders breite Arbeitsfläche ermöglicht. - Die Walzen, Kugeln oder dgl. erhalten ihren Schlageffekt über Exzenter und/oder Unwuchten einer angetriebenen schnellaufenden Kurbelwelle oder Hülse, z.B. mit 4.000 U/min = 4.000 Schläge/min bei einer Amplitude von z.B. 5 mm. Unwuchtwelle -13- gedreht oder alternativ über den Zahnradantrieb -14-; hierbei erfolgt der motorische Antrieb über die Welle -15- und nicht über -13-. Bei dieser Bauart einer von einigen Möglichkeiten das erfindungsgemäße System zu realisieren, erfolgt der zweite Antrieb auf der anderen Außenseite der Walze, Kugel oder
dgl. über die Antriebswelle -16-. die synchron 180° gegeneinander versetzt zur Unwucht -13- aber gegenläufig angetrieben ist, um einen linear gerichteten zusätzlichen massiven Schlag zu erzeugen. -17- ist ein an der Walze oder dgl. angeordneter Innenzahnkranz, der exzentrisch auf einem um die Amplitude kleineren fest angeordneten stehenden AußenZahnkranz abläuft - und damit die Walze -9- in Relation zur schneilaufenden Exzenterhülse -11- extrem untersetzt in langsame Umdrehungen versetzt. Den linearen Schlag über 360° beliebig einstellen zu können - dafür wird gesonderter iüchutz beansprucht - d.h. die Unwuchten der Wellen -13- und -16- so gegeneinander zu versetzen, daß eine beliebige Schlagrichtung eingestellt werden kann.
