Abstract

Proceso para recuperar propano, propileno y componentes de hidrocarburo mas pesados de un flujo de gas de hidrocarburo, donde el flujo se enfría y/o expande para condensarse parcialmente, y a continuación se separa para dar origen a uno o más flujos de líquido que contienen C3 y un primer flujo de vapor; luego, estos flujos se dirigen hacia una columna de destilación, en donde un segundo flujo de vapor se separa para recuperar un producto que contiene la mayor parte de componentes de C3 y componentes de hidrocarburos más pesados; se extrae un flujo de destilación de la columna que se encuentra por debajo del punto de alimentación del primer flujo de vapor y, se dirige hacia la relación de intercambio térmico con el segundo flujo de vapor para enfriar el flujo de destilación y condensarlo (o al menos en forma parcial); y al menos una parte de este se dirige hacia la columna de destilación a modo de alimentación en la parte superior. Las cantidades y temperaturas de alimentaciones de la columna de destilación logran mantener la temperatura del vapor saliente de la parte alta de la columna de destilación, en un nivel en donde se recupera la mayor parte de los componentes deseados.
