Abstract

Una bolsa (10) adecuada para empaquetar un producto de carne que comprende una primera pared (12) y una segunda pared (14) y por lo menos dos paredes laterales flexibles (16, 18). Cada pared lateral se extiende entre la primera y la segunda pared y esta unida en juntura con ellas. La bolsa tiene una boca de llenado (20) que comunica el interior con el exterior, a través de una pared. Esta boca es adecuada para dejar que la carne se bombee dentro de la bolsa y se adapte para el cierre. Las paredes laterales son suficientemente flexibles como para que la bolsa tenga una configuración plegada y una configuración expandida. Cuando la boca de llenado está retraída, el paquete tiene forma rectangular y apilable.
