UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SPOON OR SIMILAR ARTICLE Grosvenor N. Allen and Lloyd E. Ressegger, Oneida, and William H. Gerth, New York, N. Y., assignors to Oneida Community, Limited, Oneida, N. Y., a corporation of New York To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, Grosvenor N. Allen and Lloyd E. Ressegger, citizens of the United States, residing at Oneida, county of Madison, State of New York, and William H. Gerth, citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, county of New York, State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Similar Article, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part of the same, in which- Figure 1 is a plan View of a spoon showing our new design,

Figure 2 is a cross-section taken on the line 22 of Figure 1, and

Figure 3 is a cross-section taken on the line 3-3 of Figure 1.

The essential feature of the design is the ornamentation on the handle of the spoon or similar article.

We claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or similar article as shown and described.
