PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A LAMP SHADE Eugene Schwarz, Alexandria, Ind., assignor to The Mantle Lamp Company of America, Chicago, 111., a corporation of Illinois Application August 8, 1934, Serial No. 52,859

Be it known that I, EUGENE SCHWARZ, a citizen of the United States of America, residing at Alex andria, in the county of Madison and State of Indiana, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Lamp Shades, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof:

The figure is a view in elevation of a lamp shade, showing my new design.

The lamp shade is substantially frusto-conical and polygonal in contour, while the surface ornamentation is substantially the same on each of the sides of the shade.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a lamp shade, substantially as shown and described.
