The antimicrobial adhesive is thin and so the side views are not shown. The dotted lines in FIGS. 1-2 represent perforations that form part of the claimed design. The dotted lines in FIGS. 4-5 represent perforations that form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines of even length in FIGS. 3 and 6 represent environmental structure that forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines of even length in FIG. 5 represent portions of the antimicrobial adhesive that form no part of the claimed design.
