Be it known that I, GLENN E. MCFADDEN, a citizen of the United States, residing at Bufialo, in the county of Erie and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Electric Light Shade-Holding Fixture, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In said drawing:

Figure 1 is a plan view of an electric light shade-holding fixture embodying my new design; in this figure a shade of a type which may be employed in connection with such a, fixture is indicated by dot and dash lines.

Figure 2 is a front elevation of the same, the shade being indicated by dot and dash lines.

Figure 3 is a side elevation of the same, the shade being indicated by dot and dash lines.

I claim:

The ornamental design for an electric light shade-holding fixture substantially as shown and described.
