To all whom t may concern Be it known that I, FERDINAND PoPrEN- HUSER, a citizen of the United States, and a resident of Newburyport, in the county of Essex and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Spoon or Article of Analogous Nature, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part thereof.

In the drawings, Figure l is a View of one face of a spoon showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a view showing the design in section at the line 2-2 of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a view simi* lar to Fig. 2 at the line 3-3 of Fig. l; and

Serial N o. 41,943.

Fig. 4 is a similar View to Fig. 2 at the line 4 4 of Fig. 1.

The design is delineated as embodied in the handle of a spoon but it is contemplated that the design may also be embodied in 'or applied to the handles of forks, knives, servers and other analogous pieces of atware which may form part 0f a table service of uniform pattern.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a spoon or article of analogous nature, substantially as shown and described.
