Be it known that I, WVALTER EDWARD SMITH, a citizen of the United States, residing at Warwick Downs, in the county of Kent and State of Rhode Island, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoe Buckles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.
