DESIGN FOR CARPET.

Specification forming part of Design No. 7,656, dated August 18, 1874; application filed August 10, 1874. [Term of Patent 3% years] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, HENRY HOREN, of East Orange, Essex county and State of New Jersey, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be Inwrought into Ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings or photographs herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-Weaving a defined and thorough desoription of the nature of my invention, and are sufeient to enable any one skilled in the art of earpetweaving to use my invention.

What I elaim as lny invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

The eoniiguratiou of the design hereunto annexed, when applied to carpet-ing, in the form similar to the drawings or photographs accompanying this specification.
