SMITH, of letroit, in the county of 'ayne and State. of Michigan, have invented and produced a new and original Design for the Casing of a Soda- \\'ater Apparatus, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference be ing had to the accompanying photograph inaking part of this speeieation:
