The subject matter disclosed and claimed herein is related to the subject matter disclosed and claimed in U.S. Design patent application Ser. No. 29/320,844, filed Jul. 7, 2008.
FIG. 1 is a side elevation view of a bottle in accordance with the design;
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bottle illustrated in FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the bottle illustrated in FIGS. 1–2; and,
FIG. 4 is a top view of the bottle illustrated in FIGS. 1–3.
The broken lines in the drawings showing the threaded pour spout and the recessed bottom surface details of the bottle illustrate portions of the design that form no part of the claim. Additionally, as shown in FIG. 1, the claimed design is transparent. The details of the opposing sides as, seen through the transparent sidewall of the bottle have not been shown in FIGS. 2–4 for ease of illustration and understanding.
