To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, EARL V. MYERS, a citizen of the United States, residing in New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Ornamentation for Flier-Handles or Similar Tools, of which the following is a specification reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is a plan view of a pliers embodying my new design;

No claim to novelty is made on the jaws of the pliers or the pivoting thereof, these parts being shown merely for the purpose of clearly illustrating one application of the invention.
