To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that 1, JAMES A. BRENT, a citizen of the United States, residing at Grandview, in the county of Yakima and State of Washington, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Shoes, of which the following is a specification, referenoe being had to the accompanying draw in s, forming part thereof.

igure 1 is a perspectiveview of my im proved design for a shoe, showing the shoe partly unfastened.

Fig. 2 is a perspective similar to Fig. 1, showing the shoe as it would appear in use.

Fig. 3 is a partial plan View of a shoe embodying my new design, a portion of the up er being shown in section.

y new, original, and ornamental design comprises a shoe of a standard design which has embodied therewith two overlapping flaps at the lower ends of slits, which flaps are secured to ether at the outside of the shoe by a suite le clasp or clasps, the upper ends of the slit being secured by lacing, all as shown in the drawings.

I claim: The ornamental design for a shoe, as shown and described.
