NEY, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a neT and ori ginal Design for :t Pattern to be Iuwrought into Ingrnin and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawing or photograph aecompanying this specifica-tion, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawing or photograph herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawing accompanying this specification does give and convey to any one skilled in the art of carpet-Weaving
