To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that we, FREDERICK C. OVER- BURY and HOWARD CARLE'roN PLATTS, citizens of the United States, and respectively residents of New York, in the county of New York and State of New York, and of Rutherford, in the county of Bergen and State of New Jersey, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Roof or Wall Covering, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

The drawing represents in plan view an indeterminate portion of a roof or wall covering showing our new design. Said design consists of a plurality of interlocking In testimony whereof we have affixed our signatures, in presence of two witnesses.
